Cozy vacation home in a wonderful environment.

A lovingly furnished holiday home in a wonderful location. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet. Perfect for our dog was the fenced garden. Walks in the forest and by the nearby lake were very relaxing. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful vacation in the Harz mountains

We have spent a wonderful week of vacation in this enchanting, lovingly furnished accommodation. We also found it very positive that a certain basic equipment for everyday needs such as dishwasher tabs, kitchen rolls, etc. is already available. When entering the house for the first time, you feel welcome. The house is located in a small, quiet holiday park with a small lake and a forest. Our dog loved it. The email contact with the landlady was extremely friendly and warm. The contact with the holiday park management on site was also very nice.
We will be very happy to come back again.

Great holiday home

A beautiful and lovingly furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace where you can "chill" and barbecue.We felt right at home.The garden was perfect for the holiday with our dog,as completely fenced.The location between the lake and the forest is great.We will gladly come back.

Cosy holiday home with attention to detail

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful cottage and felt very comfortable. The house is very beautifully decorated. There were various games available for the children and even a sledge could be used
The location on the edge of the forest and near the lake provide additional plus points
The friendly contact with the landlady Mrs Adam should also be emphasised
We will be happy to come back and can recommend the house without reservation!

Absolutely recommended!

I spent a wonderful week in the Witch's House together with my Old German Shepherd. The house is beautifully cozy furnished. It simply lacks nothing. The contact with Mrs. Adam was always extremely nice. I have to say that it was our third attempt to spend a week in the Witch's House. Due to Corona, the stay had to be canceled at short notice in both 2020 and 2021. We were all the more able to enjoy our vacation week now. The long wait was definitely worth it! Always happy to come back.

Schöner Winterurlaub im Harz

Dieses Haus ist wunderschön und genau das richtige für einen erholten und entspannten urlaub. Sauberkeit top und der Service vom Ferienpark ist auch super und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jedefall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Cosy little house

even without using the fireplace, we can only recommend it. The wooden cottage is lovingly furnished down to the last detail, very clean and practical for a holiday with small children, because there is a storage space for trolleys or similar in the entrance area.

In summer, it would definitely be nice to sit on the covered terrace with the modern garden furniture.

Wunderschöne Ferien im Harz...

Ein wunderschönes, eingerichtetes Ferienhaus... alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht. Man schließt die Tür auf und ist quasi angekommen, dass ist Urlaubsfeeling pur und soooo gemütlich eingerichtet. Großes Lob an die Besitzerin Frau Adam!!!
Ein sehr netter Kontakt zu Frau Adam.

Aber auch im Ferienpark wird man sehr freundlich von den Mitarbeitern empfangen und sehr gut in der Zeit betreut, sollte man Fragen haben, es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Holzlieferung per Schubkarre ist auch kein Problem, wird auf die Terrasse gestapelt, was für ein Service!
Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. der Hund hatte auch wunderschöne Ferientage, die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Spaziergängen ein... Das ist ein Urlaub, wie man sich diesen vorgestellt hat.

Cosy, newly renovated and equipped holiday home in Clausthal-Zellerfeld

The holiday home is in a very quiet location on the edge of the forest in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the holiday home settlement at the Waldsee. The house was recently completely renovated and tastefully refurbished.
Everything you need for a holiday in a holiday home is available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. and terrace furniture with sun loungers.
We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the holiday home and will certainly book it again.

Hirschauts gut aus ;)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Hexenhäuschen! Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft schön und liebevoll eingerichtet (wer Hirsche in allen Varianten mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten ;)). Alles war wirklich top sauber! Meiner Meinung nach geht es nicht besser, hier stimmt alles. Toll, dass Hunde erlaubt sind!
Der Kontakt mit Frau Adam war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es noch einmal in den Harz geht!

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Nach abwechslungsreichen Wanderungen in der Umgebung war es ein Vergnügen wieder ins Ferienhaus zu kommen! Ruhige Umgebung, liebevolle Gestaltung der Einrichtung und großzügige Ausstattung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ideal mit Hund, da ein eingezäumtes Grundstück vorhanden ist und der Wald direkt anschließt.

Einach nur top!!

Wir sind seit 20 Jahren absolute "Ferienhaus-Urlauber" und haben entsprechend viele Ferienhäuser besucht bzw. beurlaubt ;). Eine solch gepflegte, farbharmonisch abgestimmte, keinerlei Wünsche offenlassende Unterkunft hatten wir noch nicht.
Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt- absolut empfehlenswert.
Frau Adam war sehr freundlich, auf eine im Vorfeld gestellte Frage reagierte sie stets umgehend und die Abwicklung zur Anmietung lief durchweg professionell. Auch die Mtarbeiter der Ferienparks waren freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. So soll Urlaub sein!

Einfach nur Top ! !

Wir waren total begeistert von dem tollen gemütlichen "Hexenhäuschen". Selten so ein schönes Haus gemietet. Sind voll am schwärmen.
Es war so liebevoll eingerichter und dekoriert, dass man sich von der 1. Minute an sich wohl gefühlt hat. Es war alles vorhanden, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst.
Besondets schön ist, dass der Garten eingezäunt ist, dann konnte unser Labrador im Garten spielen. Das wäre für kleine Kinder auch von Vorteil. Gemütliche Terrasse, die wir nicht genutzt haben, war uns doch zu kalt draussen zu sitzen ;) aber bei warmen Wetter bestimmt klasse.
Das Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig, nur wenige Meter vom Wald entfernt mit tollen Wegem für Wanderungen und Gassirunden, auch mit einer Loipe in direkter Nähe, falls Schnee liegt.. Auch der Waldsee liegt nicht weit entfernt, im Sommer sicherlich schön zum Baden. Aber auch dort kann man herrlich spazieren gehen. Begeisterung pur...

Fazit: wir kommen wieder !!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Schönste Ferienwohnung die wir je gemietet haben. Wunderschön eingerichtet , toll ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nix. Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden super wohlgefühlt! Tolle Umgebung. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin super, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen defintiv wieder.

Super gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderbar gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung mit den kleinen Badeseen und viel Wald ist herrlich. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für jedes Wetter.

Einfach großartig!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.

Tolles gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche im April 2019 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in diesem toll gepflegten und perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass keine Autos an diesem Ferienhaus vorbeifahren, ist es mega ruhig. Die Sonne scheint bis in den Abendstunden aufs Grundstück, sodass Sonnenfreunde es auf den beiden Gartenliegen genießen können. Das Ferienhaus ist so stylisch, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für uns war es ein traumhaft entspannter Urlaub. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer und auch für Kinder. Nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.

Erstklassig

Nicht nur die herrliche Lage inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Wald und Seen machen das urgemütliche Häuschen zu einem absoluten muss,besonders für Hundebesitzer und auch mit Kind. Ich war schon in vielen Ferienhäusern aber der Charme vom Hexenhus hat mich verzaubert

Winterurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich. Auch wurde täglich dafür gesorgt, daß die Zuwege bis zur Haustür geräumt waren. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Ein Haus mit viel Charme

Super beautiful and cosy holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail, you can only feel good. Everything is clean and well maintained!
The location is perfect, just a few steps to the lake and the forest. Pure nature!
The house also has a fenced-in property, which our dog loved.

Holidays with dogs

We spent wonderful days here with our dogs.
The accommodation is super nice, furnished with a lot of taste and sense for detail. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Clean and simply magical. The garden was great for our two dogs and on the terrace was despite the rain ... pure relaxation announced. We will certainly come back again.

We can recommend the holiday home "Waldsee Hexenhaus" with the best conscience. It is furnished with great attention to detail. You feel like you are at home! We wanted for nothing...the surroundings are beautiful and our dog had as much fun as we did! Also the communication before and after was very very pleasant and everything was made possible!
