The ski areas are quickly reached: the Zillertal-Arena-Gerlossteinbahn, the family-friendly ski area with the longest toboggan run (7 km) in the Zillertal, is only 1 km away
The cross-country ski run begins directly in Zell am Ziller. The largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Arena, is only 3 km away, the Mayrhofner-Bergbahnen and the ski area Hochzillertal only 8 km
The Hintertux Glacier (skiing all year round) is only 20 km away.
In winter the ski bus stops near the house (200 m)
In summer you have wonderful hiking trails in the surrounding area

A dream
We go to different holiday homes at least twice a year and have been more than thrilled with this one. The cleanliness is top league and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are all very lovingly furnished. From the terrace and balcony you have a great view of the Zillertal. Mr. Eggers welcomed us warmly and takes care of his properties with heart and soul. We will definitely recommend the holiday home to others.
