Travel information Take the Inntal motorway A12 E60 to exit 39 Zillertal/Achensee-Wiesing. Drive through the Zillertal on the Zillertaler Bundesstraße B 169 in the direction of Mayrhofen until you reach the centre of Hippach. In Hippach at the traffic lights turn right over the railway track up to the next crossing (without traffic lights), then turn right again at the church. Follow the sign "Zillertaler Höhenstraße". Then up the Höhenstraße (approx. 4.5 km) until you see the sign "Haus Johanna" on the left side of the road. Please continue for about 100m to our turnaround point. Exactly opposite our advertising board you drive up the driveway until you reach our house. (The 3rd house on the left side.)Have a good trip!

Get on board at the sunny spot of the Zillertal and ski down the largest skiing area of the Zillertal. The holiday region Hippach is the first entry point to the ski area Ski-Zillertal 3000 with 147 km of slopes and 46 lifts. Summer vacation in the Zillertal
Our stay at Haus Johanna in the Zillertal was wonderful. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking, and the location is ideal for hikes and excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

Vacation in the holiday home Johanna in the Zillertal
The Ahornblick apartment in the Zillertal immediately appealed to us at first glance. The accommodation is cozy, clean, and very well equipped. We particularly liked the balcony with the splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The location is optimal for exploring nature, yet everything is easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment!

not barrier-free, not wheelchair accessible
Although a very nice landlady and great location above the Zillertal, but... neither wheelchair accessible nor suitable for wheelchair users, although declared as such in several holiday home portals. Upon telephone inquiry about whether the bathroom and toilet can be used without restrictions by a wheelchair user, this was answered with a yes by the landlady. Unfortunately, we had to realize that this was not the case at all, as nothing was possible without assistance! Bathroom and toilet not suitable for wheelchair users, as they are too small and require overcoming a step. No grab bars available.
Bedroom: Beds are too close together and difficult to reach for wheelchair users.
Terrace not accessible through the apartment for wheelchair users, as the terrace door only partially opens. As an alternative, access through the front door was offered, but then access was only possible over a grassy area, which is almost impossible without assistance. Kitchen without a dishwasher despite being indicated otherwise.

Ski holiday
We (a group of 17 people) were guests at Johanna's last week. She is an incredibly sweet woman who lives in the house. She understands very well that we are on holiday and does not complain about noise. She lives in the middle section of the house. The young people slept on the ground floor and we on the top floor. It is spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms, so we had to coordinate who would shower and use the toilet. The house is located very high on the mountain. As a result, you have a beautiful view but it also takes fifteen minutes to get down to the valley. Especially with snow, this was quite exciting. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday with a lovely landlady.

Beautiful location - beautiful flat
We found a very nice, clean and very well equipped holiday flat. The location is perfect and quiet with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The host Johanna is very nice and always has good ideas for new , adventurous hikes!

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und super ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir den Balkon mit dem herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Lage ist optimal, um die Natur zu erkunden, und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

weder barrierefrei noch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, obwohl in mehreren Ferienhausportalen so deklariert. Auf telefonischer Nachfrage ob Bad und Toilette uneingeschränkt von einem Rollstuhlfahrer benutzt werden kann, wurde dies von der Vermieterin mit ja beantwortet. Leider mussten wir feststellen das dies ganz und gar nicht der Fall war, denn ohne Hilfe ging nichts!
Bad und Toilette für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet, da zu klein und eine Kante überwendet werden muss.
Keine Haltegriffe vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer: Betten stehen zu eng und sind für Rollstuhlfahrer nur schwer zu erreichen.
Terrasse durch die Wohnung für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht nutzbar, da sich die Terrassentür nur halb öffnen lässt.
als Alternative wurde Zugang durch die Haustür angeboten, aber Zugang war dann nur über Rasenfläche möglich, was ohne Hilfe fast unmöglich ist.
Küche ohne Geschirspüllmaschine obwohl anders angegeben.
The place was very clean, with an all-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, a washing machine ,bathroom, which was very good..
The family of the owner is very nice, helpful and friendly. They gave us all the necessary support, including how to wash clothes in a german washing machine, explained the possibility of using city´s pool, renting skiing itens, how to go to several places, etc.
We highly recommend staying there.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus Johanna zu Gast. Wir würden von einer super netten und gastfreundliche Hausherrin empfangen. Johanna war immer hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt.
Wir waren mit 17 Mann angereist, ausgelegt ist es für 19 Personen. Für Gruppen können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und Aussicht ist ein Traum. Perfekt ist das die neue Möslbahn nur 5 Minuten von dem Ferienhaus entfernt ist. Es war eine super Skiwoche -immer wider gern. Vielen vielen Dank für alles. Bis denn, Grüße aus Berlin.
Das Wetter war etwas kalt für die Jahreszeit, jedoch Frau Johanna hat uns die Heizung angemacht.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr sauber.
Von hier aus hat man einen genialen Ausblick auf die Berge und auf das Tal.
Wundervolle Gegend mit sehr vielen schönen Wanderungen.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet-eine Wohlfühloase-und für uns mit 2 Hunden einfach genial.
Der Rundum Blick in die Berge ist traumhaft, der große Balkon und die gepflegte Gartenanlage lädt zum Frühstücken und zum Relaxen ein.
Wir waren richtig traurig diese schöne Idylle schon nach einer Woche wieder zu verlassen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und an ihren Gästen interessiert. Wir haben viele gute Tipps bekommen. Dank Johanna wurde kein Tag langweilig, sie stand stets mit guten Wandertipps bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr kinderfreundlich und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles ist in einem TOP Zustand und sehr sauber. Es sieht aus wie neu!
In der näheren Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen, aber auch einfach mal einen gemütlichen Abend mit Ausblick auf die Berge auf dem Balkon verbringen.
Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen!

Johanna ist sehr freundlich, sie nimmt sich auch mal Zeit für eine kleine Unterhaltung.
Meine 2 Zwergpudel sind auch willkommen, und gut aufgehoben.
man kann direkt vom Haus aus Spaziergänge machen, die uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar am Berg mit Blick ins Tal, und man kann von dort alles schnell erreichen, und der direkte Blick auf die Zillertaler Berge ist hervorragend.
Die ganze Gegend ist einfach herrlich.

Wat hebben we weer heerlijk genoten van onze vakantie in juni j.l. bij jullie in appartement Sonne. Het was weer super gezellig om al weer voor de 8e keer bij jullie te zijn. uns hat es bei dir an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr freundlich eingerichte, sodass wir zwei sehr entspannte Wochen im Ferienhaus mit der besten Aussicht verbringen konnten. Danke auch für deine vielen Tipps und Hinweise zu Ausflügen ins Zillertal! Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen deine Apartments weiter =)

Gerne machen wir nachträglich einen Eintrag in Euer neues Gästebuch auf Euer neuen Webeseite.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. mann hat sich gefühlt wie zu Hause. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick waren ein Teil unserer Erholung.
Der Spielplatz war ideal für unsere Kinder, dann konnten wir gemütlich direkt nebenbei auf dem Picknicktisch die Sonne genießen.
Ja es gibt viel zu sehen im Zillertal.
Vor allem war es schön Euch als Menschen kennenzulernen, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer etwas zu lachen.
Dies alles hat zu einem schönen Uraub in Eurem Haus beigetragen.

We hebben voor het derde jaar alweer een heerlijke oktoberweek doorgebracht in jullie mooie appartement. Onze kleindochter van twee kon prachtig spelen in het speeltuintje bij jullie huis.
Vanuit Hippach hebben we mooie dagtochten gemaakt. Zo gingen we naar de Schlegeissee (zie foto), naar de Hintertux Gletscher, naar de Achensee (leuke boottocht), enz.
Jullie advies voor een goed restaurant is beslist voor een ieder aan te bevelen. We hebben bijzonder genoten van de voortreffelijke wildmenu's en de forellen bij Hubertus in Laimach. Overigens ook een erg gezellige & kindvriendelijke familie en een echt Oostenrijkse ambiance.
Fijn Johanna dat je ons hebt geholpen bij de aanschaf van twee prachtige pentekeningen van sprekende gemzenkoppen.
We kunnen niets anders zeggen dan dat we heerlijk genoten hebben in jullie prachtige appartement, en reken er maar op dat we volgend jaar weer terugkomen!

vom 04.07. bis 17.07.2010 waren wir zu Gast in eurem Ferienhaus und haben dort einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge verbracht. In der komfortablen Ferienwohnung "Sonne" fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.
Auch für unsere jüngeren Kinder Marianne und Clara war dies ein toller Urlaub, denn sie haben sich prima mit Celina und Fabian verstanden und die langen Sommerabende und das Toben auf dem großen Trampolin genossen.
Eure freundliche Art, die netten Gespräche und die hilfreichen Tipps vermittelten uns das Gefühl, Urlaub bei Freunden zu machen.
Wir werden euch, die wunderschönen Berge und nicht zu vergessen das Freibad in Hippach (der Retter für hitzegeplagte Wanderer) in schöner Erinnerung behalten.
Nochmals unser Dank an euch für den angenehmen Aufenthalt, bleibt alle gesund und vielleicht sieht man sich mal wieder...

"Wir haben Ende Juli leider nur 4 Tage in Appartement Sonnenschein verbracht. Es hat uns wirklich gefallen. Das Panorama ist echt toll, wir hätten den ganzen Tag einfach auf Balkon sitzen können um die Aussicht zu genießen. Das ganze Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, liebevoll dekoriert, die Küche gut ausgestattet, wir haben sogar ein Babybett zur Verfügung bekommen und der Kinderspielplatz mit Gartengrill ist auch super. Weiter zu empfehlen. Schöne Grüße aus Deutschland und aus Rumänien!

im Namen der ganzen Gruppe bedanke ich mich recht herzlich, dass wir zwischen 29.12.2016 und 05.01.2017 zuerst meinen 30. Geburtstag und anschließend Silvester mit ihnen und bei Ihnen feiern durften.
Das Haus mit beiden Appartements ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft. Eure Tipps für das ein oder andere Abendessen, die Schnapsverkostung oder auch die Wahl des Skigebiets sind Gold wert.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder. Ich kann euch nur weiterempfehlen.

vielen Dank noch mal fuer die tolle Woche in eurem Haus. Die 2 Wohnungen waren perfekt fuer unseren Familienurlaub. Dank tollen Wetters konnten wir jeden Morgen den traumhaften Blick von Terasse und Balkon geniessen. Das alleine war schon Erholung pur!
Man hat sich sehr willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen gefuehlt bei Euch. Die Wohnungen waren schoen gross fuer unsere komplette Familie und sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemuetlich eingerichtet.
Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wieder einmal ist unser Urlaub bei euch leider vorbei und der Alltag hat uns wieder. Wie die letzten zwei Mal hat es uns hervorragend gefallen. Es war wieder alles so toll wie immer und ihr seid sooo gastfreundlich und nett. Mir bleibt nichts anderes zu schreiben, als dass wir uns wiedersehen werden. Ganz bestimmt!

Wij gaan al 7 jaar met heel veel plezier op vakantie bij Haus Johanna.
Een heel erg fijn vakantieadres voor iedereen die van de natuur houd en wandelen.
Onze hondjes gaan ook iedere keer weer mee en kennen daar goed de weg.
De appartementen zijn goed, mooi en erg verzorgd ingericht.
De bewoners zijn hele fijne en vriendelijke mensen die ook graag voor je klaarstaan als het nodig is en gaan zelfs ook mee wandelen als je dat leuk vind.
Voor 2017 hebben we alweer geboekt toen we naar huis gingen en hebben er nu alweer zin in om te gaan.
