The central location made many things accessible on foot, about twenty minutes to the city center, and the proximity to the lift was practical. We were able to take care of ourselves well during the stay without a car.

So far okay. The caretaker has been informed about the clogged drain in one bathroom, sink, and shower. The only thing that is difficult for older people is that both apartments, which are used together, can only be reopened with a card. The main door must remain unlocked as an emergency exit. That is really poorly organized. One can accidentally lock themselves out at night and cannot get back into their compartment without a card, because not everyone has a key card. During the day, both doors remain open when one is in the apartments.

Great view in the valley. Distance to Schlick 2000 easily reachable by car. Spacious kitchen with seating area for joint game nights, however, the seating area was not very comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!
