Apartment in Stubaital near Ski Lift

So far okay. The caretaker has been informed about the clogged drain in one bathroom, sink, and shower. The only thing that is difficult for older people is that both apartments, which are used together, can only be reopened with a card. The main door must remain unlocked as an emergency exit. That's really poorly arranged. One can accidentally lock themselves out at night and cannot get back into their compartment without a card, as not everyone has a key card. During the day, both doors remain open when one is in the apartments.

Everything was great - a very nice and large holiday apartment, two large balconies with a fantastic view of the mountains. The furnishings were very good, the rooms very spacious. The two bedrooms have very modern adjoining bathrooms with walk-in showers. We would definitely book the holiday apartment again. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the very pleasant stay!

First the positive: The location of the apartment is good and quiet, and the apartment is well-suited for a group of six people. The points that led to the poor rating: - the cleanliness upon arrival was rather in need of improvement - the furniture on the terrace and balcony was dirty - the lawn was not mowed - the televisions, both in the living room. The lights in the living room as well as in the bedroom did not work and were not repaired despite multiple complaints - old flower boxes were lying around on the terrace - we were 5 people - it was impossible to find flawless dishes for 5 people - everything was just patchwork - plates with chips, the same with glass bowls posing a risk of injury - no towels in the toilets, as well as no mats for the showers - I find it absurd that visitors in the apartment are informed that one roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet and then have to take care of the toilet paper themselves. With all the listed deficiencies, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate. We will not book here again -
