Our apartment is situated in a wonderful panoramic location with breathtaking views of the Zillertal mountains on Distelberg; above us in the high mountains is the Zillertal Arena ski area. A modern fully equipped kitchen-living room with a large table and cozy seating area, the view from the window looks directly onto the Hochzillertal ski area, as well as a satellite TV.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, each with a box spring bed and a sofa bed for restful sleep, a large wardrobe, and TV available.
Additionally, a hallway with wardrobe and bench, a bathroom with toilet as well as an additional toilet. Garden area and terrace are equipped with garden furniture in summer,
the sunset in the most beautiful colors can be enjoyed on the wooden benches in front of the apartment,
a ski boot dryer is also available, free parking directly in front of the house.

The apartment offers countless opportunities for activities such as walks, hiking, cycling, etc. in summer as well as the time for recreation, relaxation, peace, to let your soul unwind, to find yourself and enjoy nature, to become full of energy in the midst of nature.
In winter, the ski areas Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena can be reached in less than 15 minutes by your own car.
Please bring snow chains, as there is a snow chain requirement on our road when there is snow cover!
There is also the possibility to use the regional taxi with the stop directly in front of the apartment. The wish for our guests is to arrive, feel comfortable, recover, relax, find themselves.

The apartment is located in the municipality of Aschau in the Zillertal, in the district of Distelberg at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. You reach our apartment by taking the Zillertal exit from the A12 and driving to Stumm in the Zillertal. At the roundabout at the gas station, turn towards Stumm and follow the road, right through the village of Stumm along Ahrnbachstraße for about 2 km until the turnoff to Distelbergstrasse.
Now continue for 4 km on Distelbergstrasse until you reach Apartment Hollaus at Distelbergstrasse 19. This is a mountain road where, in winter driving conditions, snow chains are mandatory for downhill travel; for uphill travel with an SUV (all-wheel drive) vehicle, there is an exception to the chain requirement.
