A very beautiful and cosy house!!!

In this holiday home you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is well and abundantly equipped.
A cosy couch corner.
And a super pool area with loungers and seating.
A great view of the adjacent channel in which dolphins, manatees, turtles and iguanas are often seen.
With the canoes belonging to the house, you can wonderfully explore the Imperial River, in which you can also see aligators from time to time.
It is also great that several bicycles are available to make small and large bike tours.
Shopping, the beach and restaurants are within easy reach by bike and car
All in all, a great holiday home that I can highly recommend.

Fantastic house in super location

It doesn't really need many words - we had an unforgettable holiday in a super house.
We immediately felt at home, also thanks to the super nice house management - who always have ideas, suggestions and an open ear.
The salt water pool has an unbelievable water quality and is not salty as many believe.
We also saw a dolphin in the canal behind the house in the evening - that's Florida
We had a wonderful time and can recommend this house to everyone.
We will be back

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Sunset Beach for three weeks and we felt very comfortable. The house and the location are top. It is only a few minutes to the beach

The service by Mr. Ketzler and Mr. Bund is perfect all around. If a problem should arise, it is solved in the shortest time
