The villa is located in a very exclusive gated community in Bonita Springs (Spanish Wells - Marbella) beside a golf course. Renter can play this golf course.
Bonita Springs is a beautiful place right next to Naples. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful 45 km long beach Bonita Beach or the Barefoot Beach in the nature reserve or the beach at Delnor Wiggins Park in Naples.
Bonita Springs offers an excellent infrastructure with an exclusive shopping mall - Coconut Point - and numerous restaurants, designer shops, grocery stores close by.
At the beach or from a boat fishing opportunities are possible.
Also you can find more than 60 golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Cinema, boat rentals are also nearby.
The Miromar Outlet Stores can be reached in about 10 minutes.
Fort Myers Beach with its discos and bars is very popular in the youth and can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Take day trips to the Everlgades National Park or to Orlando with many theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, etc. or Cape Canaveral.

Beautiful house directly on the golf course
We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and well-maintained house right on the Spanish Wells golf course.

Perfect vacation home in a prime location
We can absolutely recommend the holiday home. It is already our second stay in this house. It is very clean and well maintained. We had a great holiday here with our 2-year-old son. A high chair and baby travel cot were also available. Otherwise, everything you need was there.
The kitchen is well equipped with high quality appliances such as stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, and a high-quality grill.
The location is great, it is in a closed complex and you feel very safe. Supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, Starbucks, Perkins, beach, highway, everything is in the immediate vicinity.
Also great for excursions (Everglades/Miami/Sanibel, etc.) would book this house again anytime.

Villa Spanish Wells
The house is superbly equipped with all comforts. We found everything in tip-top clean condition. The on-site manager (Rachel) is super nice and helpful. The location is great, shopping facilities, beach, golf courses, restaurants, fitness all nearby. We will definitely book the house again as we were able to relax so wonderfully.
