You will feel at home in our 160 m², comfortable dream villa built in 2011 with its "high-ceiling construction" (the ceilings are up to 3.5 m high). It is fully equipped and offers the necessary space for relaxing holidays
The spacious south-facing outdoor area, completely screened to protect against insects, is surrounded by tropical plants and invites you to 'outdoor living'. On the terrace you can sunbathe in a deck chair or enjoy the pleasant shade in the covered area. In the heated pool you can cool down and with the gas barbecue you can quickly prepare a BBQ.
With the free bicycles available, you can reach the kilometre-long beach (approx. 1.5 km) in a few minutes and take long walks there or enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf. If you drive, you are at the beach in 5 minutes and can park there for free with our Florida State Park Pass. This saves you $ 8,- per day
The location of Villa Luisa is ideal. Within a radius of only about 1.5 km you will find all important destinations (beach, supermarket, numerous restaurants, shopping centre, cinema etc.). In the Mercato Dining and Shopping Centre - in the immediate vicinity of our house - gastronomy, shopping and nightlife are combined. Here you will find numerous good restaurants and bars where you can dine comfortably on the respective terraces. We also recommend a visit to the 'Blue Martini Cocktail Lounge' with live music, which is very popular in Naples.
A cultural centre of Naples (Artis) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the winter months, musicals, concerts, ballet performances, operas and much more are regularly offered there
With a variety of golf, water sports and shopping opportunities, there are hardly any limits to your leisure activities.

Top Holiday Home in Naples
The house fulfils every holiday wish with its perfect location, particularly tasteful furnishings and generous space. The kitchen is equipped above average for 6 people and the large terrace with pool area invites you to take a relaxing bath. With the rented car we could do and experience a lot. The extensive beach is about 15 minutes drive away. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Restaurants , shopping and dining temples are plentiful and easy to find.
