The generous and modern Villa in a quiet relaxing location leaves nothing to be desired. The living area of ??180 sqm has a living and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen with modern electrical appliances, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The separate breakfast area is located in the bright bay window with view on the lake. The beautiful private pool and terrace area is fully equipped with a screen to protect against insects and enables an outdoor-living until late at night. The terrace is partly roofed, so that you can enjoy both the sun and the shade at any time of day. Enjoy the quiet and the magnificent view on the lake.
The villa is located in the gated community Briarwood. Here you have a variety of sports and recreational activities two tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts or you can jog or wander around the numerous lakes, while your children have fun at the community's playground or in the large public pool.

The villa Lakeside is in the 24 hrs gated community Briarwood with lakes, walking and bike paths. From the terrace you have a wonderful view on the lake. Because of the southwest location you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Tennis courts are also in the facility provided.
For the children is a playground provided.
The beach at the Naples Pier or the Lowdermilk Park is only about 10 minutes away by car. Shopping and restaurants are right next to the community.
The downtown Naples with the exclusive 5th Avenue is also reachable in 10-15 minutes by car. Here you can find the best restaurants where you can dine, depending your taste and wallet, in a pleasant atmosphere under the open sky.

Great robbery!
We were able to spend 2 carefree weeks in Villa Lakeside.
The house is excellently equipped. The cleanliness of the house was particularly noticeable.
The location is really top, it is in a gated community.
We especially liked the location on the lake.
You certainly spend most of your time outside. The pool deck is really nice and big and the pool is just fun.
If there is anything to complain about, it is that the fan in the terrace area could be a bit stronger, as the heat accumulates here.
However, this should not detract from the overall impression, hence 5 stars.

Very nice house in a quiet location
This beautifully furnished modern house is located in a very quiet area, not far from the main attractions in Naples. The pool terrace overlooks a lake, which is very relaxing. The house has everything you need. We definitely recommend this house. We had a great time and wanted for nothing. We would love to come back every time.

Beautiful holiday
Our second holiday in the Villa Lakeside. A well-maintained clean house, located in a quiet community, and an attentive and helpful on-site property management. We felt very comfortable here.

Schöne Villa
Die Villa ist in einer Wohnsiedlung mit Schranke und Pförtner. Wir waren bereits angemeldet, daher unkomplizierter Zutritt zu der Comunity. Eine Übergabe findet nicht statt, man erhält einfach einen Code für den Eingang. Die Villa ist komplett und modern ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelzubereiter. Einziger (kleiner) Wermutstropfen war eine veraltete Musikanlage die weder über WIFI noch Bluetooth angekoppelt werden kann. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Morgens der Blick über den kleinen See ist sehr schön. Natürlich muß man überall hinfahren. Dafür ist es Abends schön ruhig. Abwicklung der Vermietung ist unkompliziert und lobenswert.

Im November haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus 2 Wochen Ferien gemacht .Ein modernes, großes,helles , liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Jeden Tag haben wir morgens auf der sonnigen Terasse Frühstück gegessen mit Blick auf den schönen See . Nach einem schönen Tag am wundervollen Strand am Golf von Mexico in Naples, Captiva Island,Sanibel oder Lovers Key mit herrlichen Strandwanderungen und Badengehen ,Ausflügen in die Everglades u.a. , haben wir es uns abends wieder auf der Terasse gemütlich gemacht ,noch einmal in dem schönen Pool gebadet , im Liegestuhl gelesen und zum Abendessen mit dem tollen Gasgrill Steak und sogar Fisch gegrillt , den wir bei einer Bootstour selbst geangelt haben. Die Küche lässt das Herz jeder Hausfrau / jedes Hausmanns höher schlagen und keine Wünsche offen.Großer Kühlschrank,großer Eisschrank,toller Herd und sehr schöne Möbel in Küche,Wohn- und Eßzimmer , schöne Bäder und tolle Schlafzimmer.Toll auch für mich Waschmaschine und Trockner .Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in "Villa Lakeside"in Naples verbracht und sind sehr erholt nach Hause gefahren . Der wunderschön mit tropischenPflanzen angelegte Garten ist faszinierend .Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Haus.
