The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is located on the ground floor of a house,
which has only apartments on the ground floor and in the first floor.
The living room has a sleeper sofa (pull-out couch), so you would have two extra sleeps,
for a total of 6 sleeps.
Only about 500 feet away there is the huge, heated pool with clubhouse and the six
Tennis courts. It is ideal that all family members can do their leisure activities at any time without a car. The pool has huge proportions. 10 years ago it was the THIRD LARGEST POOL of entire Florida.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes away from the center of the city - so called OLD NAPLES,
The beach is also about 10 minutes away by car.
Restaurants and supermarkets can be found all around. The airport of FT. MYERS is about 28 miles away.
To MIAMI, it's about 110 miles.
About 20 public golf courses are located within less than 30 minutes.

Ein toller Urlaub im Winterpark
Wir werden in diesem Jahr wieder den Urlaub im Winterpark verleben.Die Anlage und die Wohnungen sind wunderschön und man kann mit allen Leuten, egal welche Nationalität immer ein freundliches Gespräch führen. 2015 waren wir auch dort, leider konnten wir 2016 nicht nach Naples und werden es nun in diesem Jahr wieder genießen. Die Anlage liegt sehr central und es ist nicht weit zum Strand und zum von mir geliebten Pier .

Urlaub in Naples
Hallo Herr Peters,
Vielen vielen Dank das wir wieder in ihre Wohnung unsern Urlaub verbringen durften. Es hat uns wie immer super gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlen uns einfach in ihrer Wohnung wie zu hause. Besonder gefällt uns der schöne Pool. Mittlerweile sind wir richtige Naples-Fans geworden.
Nächstes Jahr werden wir wieder kommen.

Wir waren im Dezember 2016 für 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung.
Einfach perfekt!
Der Komfort, die Sauberkeit, einfach alles.
Die Wohnanlage ist top gepflegt und der riesige Pool einfach traumhaft.

Toller Urlaub in einer sehr schöner Wohnung
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Alles war äußerst sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Pool war absolut einzigartig und wunderschön. Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr gelungener Urlaub mit ganz viel Erholung und Sonne satt.

Geräumige Wohnung im Winterpark, Naples
Meine Frau und ich fanden hier eine großzügige Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.
Tennisplätze und ein gepflegtes Schwimmbad ermöglichten uns einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.
