You will want for nothing in your spacious open kitchen. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker, a regular oven, a Convectomat as well as a Sub Zero Side by Side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to cater for several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cosy dining table on the terrace.
Your master bathroom is directly adjacent to your master bedroom and features a vanity vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separated separately by a door.
Your guest/pool bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity washbasin, toilet and direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The subtropical nature in combination with dreamlike white beaches have also given Collier County and Naples the reputation as Florida's last paradise. Naples - Beach Naples itself has a long tradition as an exclusive town and can even boast a "Fifth Avenue" that is not only known by insiders. There you will find boutiques, restaurants and numerous galleries.
Particularly worth mentioning are the many luxurious boutiques and shopping opportunities in Naples. There are outdoor shopping malls such as The Village on Venetian Bay or the Tin City Waterfront Shops.
Like many other cities in Florida, much of Naples has many water canals. There are beautiful beaches in Naples that are great for swimming. The landmark of Naples is the listed Fishing Pier from 1887. The Fishing Pier is 300 metres long and you can go out there and watch the fishermen
A sunset at the pier should be planned. Dolphins can often be seen from the pier.
The zoo not only attracts children, but also the older generation. A boat tour through the Everglades is a must
Here you can admire alligators in peace. But the boat trips to the sea are also wonderful and with a little luck you might even get to see a manatee.
From Naples you can make many day trips to the Keys, the Everglades National Park, Ft. Meyers, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or to Palm Beach. A 'must' for every Florida holidaymaker is Orlando with its Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Sea World and a trip to Cape Caneveral.

Cancellation terms:
If the renter cannot keep the appointment, they must notify this as soon as possible in writing via email or letter. No verbal communications will be considered as proper notification. The following fees will apply upon cancellation: From the day of booking until 60 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price From 59 to 31 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price From 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Not recommended due to lack of cleanliness!
When we arrived, we were shocked by the cleanliness of the house. We complained about a total of 15 deficiencies. Among other things, the ice cube maker in the refrigerator was moldy. Disgusting. Only some things were inadequately fixed. Absolutely poor property management! Not recommended.

Super holiday in dream villa in Naples
We have been here for the 4th time now and we will gladly come again. We had a great holiday in Naples again. We now feel at home in the tastefully furnished house. Thanks also to the good care of the gentlemen from Frisco Homes Corp. - also for the good local tips
