Villa Tropical is located in a beautifully landscaped, quiet and well-kept neighbourhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room with its 50 inch flat screen TV offers a cosy ambience and a pleasant end to the day
Enjoy a day in the sun in your comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the pool or jacuzzi in between.
An additional outdoor couch with matching armchair is also available for a comfortable rest.
Your entertainment in the outdoor area is taken care of with a TV set including cable connection, as well as speakers that can be optionally switched on and controlled by the stereo system.
Towels, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided free of charge for your day at the beach.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guest and will take every opportunity to convey this to you.
The pool with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m is larger than average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool in summer on hot days as well as in winter on warm days, optionally heatable. Also available for relaxation is a large integrated whirlpool
Pool loungers are available for you to use free of charge.
The bathrooms have been tastefully renovated with granite and the walk-in showers with tiles and mosaics. All bedrooms have also been renovated with wood ambience vinyl flooring
A safe is available to store your valuables (travel documents, cash, etc.)
A Roku box is now available for the additional US Basic TV programme. With this you can stream various channels free of charge via the internet, including ARD, etc

Well equipped house in quiet residential area
We rented the house over the 1st week of the Easter holidays and were very satisfied. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are nice and big and the beds are comfortable. The pool is quite large and there is also a separate whirlpool. The landlord is very pleasant and always available. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience!

second home
This is the second time we have stayed in this super house for a family holiday. It is like a second home. The house is lovingly furnished to a high standard and lacks nothing. Many beach utensils are also available. The new master bedroom is a dream. The contact with the German administration is excellent. Pre- and post-clearance run smoothly and in case of minor problems with the furnishings, help is given by phone or they come by at short notice. We feel very comfortable every time and we will be happy to come again next year.
We can absolutely recommend this house and the entire management Frisco Homes!

Schöne Ferienvilla in gepflegter Umgebung
Wir verbrachten im Februar 2018 eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, auch viele Strandutensilien - sogar hochwertige Strandstühle - befinden sich vor Ort. Zum Supermarkt Publix sind es 5-10 Min mit dem Auto, zum Strand je nach Verkehr rund 20 Min. Uns hat auch wieder die professionelle und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch die Herren Ketzler und Bund sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten z.B. einen Defekt der Poolheizung. Hier haben die Verwalter sofort die Behebung des Problems veranlasst. Wir waren gerne in der Villa Tropical zu Gast und empfehlen das schöne Ferienhaus definitiv weiter.

Großes Haus zum wohlfühlen und entspannen
Wir haben unseren Jahresurlaub mit der ganzen Familie in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir wurden super durch die Hausverwaltung betreut.
Über das Haus muss ich loswerden, dass es wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht wurde. So viel Ausstattung bin ich in Ferienwohnungen nicht gewohnt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: sauber, groß, 3 bäder, pool, whirlpool, eine gepflegte Außenanlage....und vieles mehr. Überzeugt euch selbst!

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus war einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es war super sauber, liebevoll bei unsere Ankunft her gerichtet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war 1a. Traumhafte Strände waren innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und wir hatten alles am Haus ( Kühltruhe, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Nudeln ) für perfekte Strandtage. Alles in allem der perfekte Urlaub, sehr gerne weiter zu empfehlen.
