This generous, in Dec. 13 fully newly equipped villa in the exclusive and gated community 'Briarwood' offers 4 fully equipped bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortable space and privacy for up to 8 people.
The beautiful private pool and pool area (south-west direction) has a gas grill and is fully equipped with a screen to protect against moskitos and this allows an outdoor living until late at night.
Enjoy many hours of sunshine during the day and in the evening the beautiful sunset directly at the lake.
The terrace is partly covered, so that you can enjoy the sun and the shade at any time of the day.
From fully air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, DVD Players through to baby equipment, this house offers all the amenities that make your stay in Naples unforgettable. In total there are 4 TVs in the house available as well as a micro-system with CD-player/ Radio.

Villa Mari is located in a quiet street of in thevery popular community Briarwood with numerous lakes. From the pool area you have a wonderful view on the sea. In the community you will find tennis courts, fitness center, main swimming pools and a playground for kids.
The beach at the Naples Pier or at the Lowdermilk Park are reachable in 10-15 minutes by car. Here you will find some of the best restaurants in Naples, where you can dine in a pleasant atmosphere under the open sky.
You will find appr. 100 golf courses in Naples.
The shopping mall 'Coastland Center' with many large stores ( Dillards, JCPenny, Sears, Macy's, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, etc.) is only 8 minutes away by car.

Dreamlike holiday
We spent a wonderful time together with friends in the very upscale and very well maintained Villa Mari
The sunny location with lake view, the furnishings, the pool area, etc. leave nothing to be desired
The accommodation is the ideal starting point for exploring the west coast and Miami and Fort Lauderdale are also within easy reach. Naples 5th Ave/3rd Ave, Naples Pier and restaurants as well as shopping facilities are only about 10-15 minutes away by car.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would 100% recommend Villa Mari to others. We would also love to come back.

Tolles Ferienhaus am See
Super Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung, weiteren Extras z.B. für Strandausflüge und Besonderheiten, die man in manch anderen Häusern nicht findet. Das Haus ist hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die Villa Mari hat einen sehr schönen großen Pool mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See. Durch die Südlage hat man in der Poolarea den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Wir haben uns in den 2 Urlaubswochen rundherum wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Das Haus liegt in einer bewachten Community und der Strand von Naples sowie der Pier und die 5th Avenue sind nur eine ca. 10 minütige Autofahrt entfernt.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir dieses Ferienhaus weiter und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Mari.

Besser geht´s nicht!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa MARI. Nachdem wir schon mehrere Häuser kennen gelernt haben, können wir behaupten, dass die Villa MARI an Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Style und Lage alles bisherige übertroffen hat.
Es ist für alles gesorgt incl. Beachausstattung, ausreichend Handtücher, Geschirr etc. pp. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
Auch die Lage ist ein Traum, da man nur 10 min. vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt ist und auch schnell in den Everglades und Umgebung ist. Selbst ein Ausflug nach Fort Lauderdale oder Miami kann von dem Standort aus prima an einem Tag unternommen werden.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
