This generous, in Dec. 13 fully newly equipped villa in the exclusive and gated community 'Briarwood' offers 4 fully equipped bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortable space and privacy for up to 8 people.
The beautiful private pool and pool area (south-west direction) has a gas grill and is fully equipped with a screen to protect against moskitos and this allows an outdoor living until late at night.
Enjoy many hours of sunshine during the day and in the evening the beautiful sunset directly at the lake.
The terrace is partly covered, so that you can enjoy the sun and the shade at any time of the day.
From fully air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, DVD Players through to baby equipment, this house offers all the amenities that make your stay in Naples unforgettable. In total there are 4 TVs in the house available as well as a micro-system with CD-player/ Radio.

Villa Mari is located in a quiet street of in thevery popular community Briarwood with numerous lakes. From the pool area you have a wonderful view on the sea. In the community you will find tennis courts, fitness center, main swimming pools and a playground for kids.
The beach at the Naples Pier or at the Lowdermilk Park are reachable in 10-15 minutes by car. Here you will find some of the best restaurants in Naples, where you can dine in a pleasant atmosphere under the open sky.
You will find appr. 100 golf courses in Naples.
The shopping mall 'Coastland Center' with many large stores ( Dillards, JCPenny, Sears, Macy's, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, etc.) is only 8 minutes away by car.

Dreamlike holiday
We spent a wonderful time together with friends in the very upscale and very well maintained Villa Mari
The sunny location with lake view, the furnishings, the pool area, etc. leave nothing to be desired
The accommodation is the ideal starting point for exploring the west coast and Miami and Fort Lauderdale are also within easy reach. Naples 5th Ave/3rd Ave, Naples Pier and restaurants as well as shopping facilities are only about 10-15 minutes away by car.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would 100% recommend Villa Mari to others. We would also love to come back.

Great holiday home by the lake
Great holiday home with upscale amenities, additional extras, for example, for beach trips and special features that are not found in many other houses. The house is bright, modern, and tastefully furnished and very clean.
Villa Mari has a very nice large pool with a wonderful view of the lake. Due to its southern exposure, the pool area has sun all day.
We felt completely comfortable during the 2 weeks of vacation and lacked nothing. The house is located in a gated community, and the Naples beach, pier, and 5th Avenue are only about a 10-minute drive away. We definitely recommend this vacation home and look forward to our next holiday at Villa Mari.

It doesn't get better than this!
We had a very nice stay at Villa MARI. After having visited several houses, we can claim that Villa MARI has surpassed all previous ones in terms of equipment, cleanliness, style, and location.
Everything is provided including beach equipment, sufficient towels, dishes, etc. We really didn't miss anything.
The location is also a dream, as it only takes 10 minutes to reach the beach. It is located away from the beach and shopping facilities and is also quickly accessible to the Everglades and surrounding areas. Even a trip to Fort Lauderdale or Miami can be easily done in a day from this location. We will gladly come back! ! !
