This gorgeous holiday villa in the Kings Lake residential complex in Naples offers 3 spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, including 2 king-size beds and one queen bed. There are also two bathrooms and a guest bathroom with toilet and hand basin. The bathrooms are fully tiled, the vanities are granite and the master bathroom has a rainfall shower. There are two living areas, each with its own TV and unparalleled views of the lake and pool. The oversized terrace lets you relax wonderfully.
The modern fitted kitchen with adjoining breakfast area is spatially integrated into the two living areas. All electrical appliances are new: fridge-freezer with icemaker, oven with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! The tastefully furnished dining room is also adjacent to the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the pool area.
Large sliding glass doors lead directly to the wonderful loggia, where you can enjoy your meal in the sunshine. The heated pool of about 60 sqm offers a great view of the beautiful lake. In the pool area with outdoor shower, there is a Weber barbecue, comfortable loungers and a variety of garden furniture as well as dining groups.
The double garage offers space for 2 vehicles
In the middle of the pool area, screened from prying eyes, with its wonderful sunny exposure to the west, is the heated pool. The large cage (aluminium frame with mosquito netting) ensures that no mosquitoes, flies or leaves interfere with your swimming or dining pleasure. There are also 4 sun loungers, a Weber gas barbecue, a seating area for relaxing and a seating area with a dining table for 6 people. So you can dine wonderfully in the shade.
You can reach the beautiful sandy beach either in a few minutes (5-10 min. by car) or by bike.

Naples has many upscale restaurants, cafes, shops and about 100 golf courses. The city is beautifully lit in the evening and is considered one of the safest cities in the USA. At the end of the main street, 5th Avenue, there is also a wonderful beach with an impressive pier that lets you experience the sunset anew every evening. The airports of Miami (1.5 hrs) and Ft. Myers (30 min) are also easily and quickly accessible.

This dreamlike villa is situated in a very quiet but central location and is only a few minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach. The house with pool and spacious pool area is located in the beautiful and quiet residential area 'Kings Lake', which is characterised by lakes and a large number of beautiful, spacious villas. You can play sports on the tennis court located in the complex. In addition, you can reach a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping malls in just a few minutes. A shopping plaza with a supermarket, Starbucks and shops is almost within walking distance.
Naples is often called the most beautiful city in Florida. There are many upscale restaurants, cafes, shops and about 100 golf courses. Wonderful
We booked Villa Excelsior for 3 weeks.
From the moment we entered the house until we left, we had a wonderful time. The house was furnished very stylishly and with attention to detail. The kitchen was redone. Walls were removed and this gave the house the icing on the cake. Airy, open and yet cosy. Great bathrooms and a very large pool. Absolutely recommendable. We would love to come back

Villa Excelsior
My husband and I stayed at villa Excelsior for two weeks, and it was our best vacation ever! The villa is beautiful and is located on a very quiet street in a very nice residential community. The pool is facing a beautiful large lake and lanai is completely netted, so you can enjoy your late night time by the pool.
The villa is very spacious and is decorated with a great taste. Everything in the house is in a very good condition and extremely accommodating. The house watchers team is very pleasant and always ready to answer any questions you might have. We'll be very happy to return!!!
