Our holiday home is comfortable and practical. It is fully equipped : in the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, from a corkscrew to an electric pan.
Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and glass hob are available.
The division of the rooms into two separate sleeping areas is well suited for use by two related or friendly families.
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, stereo system and DVD player.
WLAN flatrate is included. Telephone landline connection is available.
1 master bedroom with king-size beds, 2 guest or children's bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs,
Bed linen and towels are plentifully available.
The house has a double garage (1 parking space free)

Naples is a charming city on the Gulf of Mexico with miles of sandy beaches and the Everglades on its doorstep! Naples is a golfer's paradise!
The house is located in an exclusive area of Naples about 12-14 minutes by car from the beach in a gated community. All shopping for daily needs can be done nearby (supermarket Publix etc.)

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Naples
Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Naples. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt an einem kleinen See mitten in einer sehr gepflegten "Gated Community". Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Man merkt, dass es auch von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird. Um den sehr schönen und sauberen Pool herum sind genügend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden, um es sich richtig gemütlich zu machen. Das Strandequipment (Stühle, Sonnenschirme etc.) ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und ausreichend vorhanden. Zu unserem Lieblingsstrand "Delnor-Wiggins" sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Restaurant "The Dock" oder zum "Naples-Pier" ca. 10 Minuten. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Vom Pool aus hat man einen Hervorragenden Ausblick ueber den See.
Der Pool selbst ist gros genung um sich abkuehlen zu koennen u d das Wasser erfricht.
