The holiday home is located on a dead-end street on an artificial lake (south-east)
The pool is hardly visible from the neighbourhood. If you are lucky, you can harvest some fruits in the garden (oranges, etc.)
The house has a double garage, a technical room, kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the garden side there is a heatable pool with approx. 3 x 7 m and a covered outdoor seating area. The pool area is surrounded by a screen which protects against insects.
In the garage there are 3 bicycles and 5 chairs and cool bag (technical room) for the beach.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the tech room for any laundry.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, stove/oven, dishwasher and the usual kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). There is an ice dispenser in the freezer compartment of the fridge.
The dining area is equipped with an extendable table, 6 chairs, a glass cabinet and the living area with a leather settee, TV, open shelf (radio); a small office corner with desk, telephone, internet connection and fax machine is also accommodated.
The floor in the whole area, kitchen, living-dining room is tiled.
There is an additional TV in the master bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets.
Bed linen, towels are sufficiently available. The bedrooms are also tiled.
A barbecue is available.

Our holiday home is located in East Naples. The best way to reach the house from Interstate 75 is via David Boulevard. Resort Queenspark
The nearest shopping facilities for your daily needs are located on David Boulevard, about 5 minutes away from the holiday home by car.
The shops are mostly open until 10 pm in the evening.
You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes by car (Naples pier), 'Vanderbilt Beach' in about 30 minutes.
There are many bathing and parking facilities along the coast.
