Step inside and let yourself be enchanted by this bright villa furnished in the Coastal Beach look with a sun-drenched western exposure. Enjoy your holiday with us, you deserve it.
Your living room is fully equipped with a flat screen TV for cosy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will want for nothing.
You will want for nothing in your spacious open kitchen. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to serve several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cosy Wicker Rattaen outdoor dining table on the terrace by candlelight.
Your master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a new bright white double vanity with granite top.
The guest bathroom
Your guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, a new bright white vanity with granite top and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. This room layout is ideal if you are travelling with a couple of friends and each want to have their own separate area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable pillow top memory foam mattress. It also has its own LED flat screen TV with cable connection and impresses with its extremely generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and the tropical garden with lake view.
Guest room 1 has a king size bed in bright white Coastal Beach style
Guest room 2 also has a queen size bed in a bright white Coastal Beach style.
In your spacious outdoor area (terrace and additional pool deck), you will find both comfort furniture and dining furniture. You will also find an outdoor shower in the pool area
The outdoor dining area has a woven wicker rattan table with seating for 6 people.
Pool loungers are also available.
Here you can spend a leisurely day by the pool reading a book, lying in the sun or simply spending a pleasant evening with friends.
The orientation of the terrace is towards the west and provides you with sufficient sunlight until the evening hours.
Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally heated electrically.
Other amenities of the villa include keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive a four digit code from us which will be your house key).

Wonderful house in a great location
We have spent a wonderful time in this house. The furnishings are very tasteful, elegant, and comfortable. The kitchen as well as all other rooms are equipped with everything you need to make your vacation a great experience. The property manager, Mr. Ketzler, is very accommodating and always available. We have visited many houses in Florida, and this accommodation was one of the nicest so far! We highly recommend this house and would love to come back again. Thank you for the lovely time.

Wonderful!
A great house with everything all around. The equipment is great, the contact with the property management very nice. Absolutely recommended is also the great location and we enjoyed the peace very much.
