Villa Sunset Beach will delight you as soon as you arrive. Park on your long driveway or in your double garage. In the winter months you can even leave the garage open and just close the fly screens to have a pleasant breeze through the villa.
Step inside and let yourself be enchanted by this bright villa furnished in the Coastal Beach Look with sun-drenched western exposure. Enjoy your holiday with us, you deserve it.
Your living room is fully equipped with a 46 inch LED SMART TV with web browser for media streaming from German or other TV web media libraries like ZDF Heute Nachtrichten for cosy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch. You have a US DVD player at your disposal. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable TV channels at your choice free of charge.
You will find plenty of beach towels, bath towels and other inventory. You will want for nothing.
Kitchen / bathroom:
You will want for nothing in your spacious open kitchen. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to serve several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cosy Wicker Rattaen outdoor dining table on the terrace by candlelight.
Bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub as well as a new bright white vanity with granite top.
The guest bathroom
Your guest bathroom has a shower bath solution, a new bright white vanity with granite top and is located between both guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. It is ideal if you are travelling with a couple of friends and each want to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable pillow top memory foam mattress. It also has its own LED flat screen TV with cable connection and impresses with its extremely generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and the tropical garden.
The guest room has a queen size bed in bright white Coastal Beach style
Guest room no. 2 also has a queen size bed in bright white Coastal Beach style.
Outdoor Terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck) , both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a woven wicker rattan table with seating for 6 people.
There are also 4 woven wicker rattan pool loungers, comfort lounger pads are also provided in the villa for your use.
Here you can spend a pleasant day by the pool reading a book, lying in the sun or simply spending a cosy evening with friends.
The orientation of the terrace is towards the west and gives you enough sunlight until the evening hours.
The pool with its 8 m x 4 m is larger than average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated electrically with high-end pool heater year of construction 2014. Also available for relaxation is a large integrated whirlpool.
The entire tropical garden is illuminated at night with integrated warm light LED spotlights, which turn on automatically at sunset and light up for 4 hours afterwards for a cosy ambience in the evening hours.
Other amenities in the villa include keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive a four digit code from us which will be your house key).
Motion sensor lighting in the front entrance area.
Your entrance area is illuminated in DIM mode. When approaching the entrance door, the full lighting is activated and illuminates the entrance area sufficiently.

Beautiful holiday home in Bonita Springs
This was the second time we stayed at Villa Sunset Beach for three weeks and we felt very comfortable. The house and the location are top. It is only a few minutes to the beach
The service by Mr. Ketzler and Mr. Bund is perfect all around. If a problem should arise, it is solved in the shortest time
We will definitely be back! :)

Great holiday home, very good management
We spent almost 2 weeks with 2 children in this beautiful house. The service by Frisco Homes was very good and the house lacked nothing. Very good starting point for excursions and the beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away.

Villa Sunset Beach
We had wonderful days in this spacious and bright villa. The house has a great location and is very well maintained! Thanks to the lush planting, you can enjoy complete privacy. We would love to come back!
