The place was as described. The response times with property manager were really quick via text and everything worked properly no problems. Thats all you can ask, have the place look like the photo, everything work, and have someone respond to you questions in a timely fashion

This is a beautiful home is in a great boaters location and just fabulous. We arrived in October and were the first Guests in this really modern and brand new luxurious villa. Every little detail has been considered, from equipment for a day at the beach to every thing you need to cook up a bite to eat. The pool is amazing, loved the views of the river and the very comfortable outdoor seating and lounge area. All the rooms were large and the 2 master bath are wonderful. Lots of cookware and all you could need in the kitchen. Large TV with lots of channels, Apple TV and Sonos Sound System. Bedrooms are all good sizes, with very comfortable beds. The Villa comes with 2 Masterbedrooms, it’s perfect for a stay with two Family. Lovely 2 weeks away! Don’t think about booking just book!

We booked this home for our son's baseball travel tournament in Fort Myers. We wanted a place to relax after a long day out in the heat on a baseball field. This house was more than just the pictures and description. It was clean, larger than expected (open floor plan), fully stocked kitchen (which was awesome being that we cooked instead of eating out). The patio and pool was truly like being on a vacation in the Keys! Our check in/check out process as super easy and we had no issued at all. We plan to return this summer for a family vacation.
