Description
You can feel the holiday feeling as soon as you enter the villa. The bright, light-flooded living and dining area invites you to spend relaxed mornings and entertaining (TV) evenings. From every corner of the room you have a view of the terrace, the pool and the water. After stowing your luggage in one of the four bedrooms, you can enjoy your first cocktail or coffee outside, watching the boats and animals on the canal - simply relaxing!
On hot summer days, a dip in the refreshing pool is not to be missed - it is electrically heated. Also available are beach towels, umbrellas, large coolers and beach chairs for trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach or Captiva.
The BBQ grill allows you to prepare delicious meals on a balmy summer evening. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets at your dining table on the lanai.
Nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep. Two bedrooms with one king size bed and two with one queen size bed each await you, as well as three bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida you don't need a boat licence and the boat you rent from us is located directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a little luck you will be accompanied by dolphins. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.
