Villa Aesthetic is a luxury villa where the name says it all. High quality was chosen not only for the look but also for the choice of materials.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in the yacht club area - walking distance to the beach, the pier and restaurants like "Boathouse of Cape Coral".

For boaters, the location is just perfect and you can reach the river in no time. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

The living area is luxurious with 2700 sqft. Two master bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms provide more than enough space. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms and a third bathroom in the house. All bedrooms have a kingsize bed. In addition, there is a game room where you can spend great game nights with an air hockey table, a foosball table and a playstation.

For music and movie fans we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi-speaker) so you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device throughout the house. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV.

The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring capsules).

The pool area provides 6 chaise lounges, sufficient towels and an outdoor shower. High quality travertine (natural stone) is laid throughout the whole outdoor area. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes. Also available are beach towels, umbrellas, large coolers, beach chairs and beach toys for trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach or Captiva.

For all of our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only allowed outside.
