The living space is designed openly, and through the large sliding glass door, one can access the pool deck. There is a TV available for entertainment.
Furthermore, you will find a wine refrigerator in the kitchen and an electric fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This way, you can, among other things, control the music throughout the house, depending on your preference.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its numerous canals. From Fort Myers Airport it is about 30 minutes and from Tampa 2 hours to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with many parks like Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south through Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area, you will find many shopping options. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash Water Park is located nearby. Cape Coral is situated between the dreamy islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
