The luxurious new villa is located in a sought-after residential area of Cape Coral. It is perfectly designed to enjoy the lifestyle of the Sunshine State!
Due to the west orientation of the house, you can enjoy sunshine almost all day and the most beautiful sunsets every evening.
The large terrace offers a magnificent view of the water, sun loungers for relaxation, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and large stainless steel grill. Spend your evenings together in the cozy lounge.
The saltwater pool with spa is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Essentially, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You will definitely not have irritated eyes anymore.
The living area is open plan, and the large sliding glass door leads to the pool deck. For entertainment, a television is available. Additionally, you will find a wine cooler in the kitchen and an electric fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist throughout the living area and on the terrace from your mobile device.
Another highlight of the house is the high-quality and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A Nespresso machine is also available. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, as well as a private bathroom and direct pool access. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.
Tiles are laid throughout the house. No carpet, which is especially important for allergy sufferers.
In addition to the good house equipment, in the garage, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach essentials for your outings. With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we want to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
Renting a boat is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat rented from us is located directly at your booked villa, for example, to head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its numerous canals. From Fort Myers Airport it is about 30 minutes and from Tampa 2 hours to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with many parks like Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south through Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area, you will find many shopping options. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash Water Park is located nearby. Cape Coral is situated between the dreamy islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
