The villa has a brand new, luxurious and extra-large pool with spa surrounded by a beautiful garden. The spacious terrace offers plenty of sunbeds, lounge furniture, an outdoor shower and a dining table for 6 people. A BBQ grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings. You can comfortably swim your laps in the 12m long, heated pool with sunbed. The spa with waterfall invites you to relax.
The open-plan living area with dining table and fully equipped new kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. A sunny dining area overlooking the pool and a bar complete the modern facilities. The large windows and the sliding doors to the terrace, which can be opened completely, ensure that the sun and a fresh breeze can enter the house all year round.
The master bedroom with king-size bed has a walk-in wardrobe, a TV and direct access to the pool area. Two further bedrooms, with a king-size and a queen-size bed, allow several families to enjoy this beautiful house. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains. In the house you will find two modern bathrooms with a rain shower in the main bathroom and a shower/bath combination in the guest bathroom. There is also a designated study area with a desk. A double garage and a fully fenced garden make this home private and inviting.
The salt water pool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes.
Recent renovations include: new floor and wall tiles throughout the house, new kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, new pool & whirlpool and new furniture!
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
