Historical built in a traditional Tuscan style house has been recently renovated and is located in the southern hills of Lucca, near the cities of Lucca and Pisa. Surrounded by a large fence and olive trees, you can enjoy the privacy and the peaceful scenery and relax. The house has a wonderful swimming pool mosaic (10 x 4-M / 2 40mtiefe -. 80 cm, with an internal staircase and a cover), equipped with deckchairs and parasols. The house consists of a main building and a neighboring building, which are connected by a few steps and feature enables thus that two families to holiday together without their own privacy abandon. The main house has on the ground floor the entrance, the dining room with table and chairs, fireplace, TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower, a bedroom closet; on the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed ( M), another bedroom (with double bed M) and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. An external staircase leads to the neighboring building, which consists of a living area with kitchen and a double sofa bed and there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. The house is accessed via a partially unpaved road through the woods, which is easy to follow (900 meters). Price is 120 €, electricity according to consumption.

In the mountains around Lucca (10km), in a quiet and beautiful location, the property is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is a truly unique place to spend a relaxing holiday. In about 1 km away there is a village with all major shops. Pisa is just 20 km away and Florence 50km. The historic town of Lucca is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in the green hills of Tuscany. The city was in very nice condition and has high houses and mansions with Roman architecture, applied with pretty squares and Romanesque churches. It is the perfect destination for enjoying a holiday and the Italian Köstlihkeiten, lounging by the pool or a place to visit.

Fantastic location, if you accept that the last bit of access is impassable.
We rented the house for 6 adults. There is plenty of space, the location amidst olive groves and forests is fantastic, the view down into the valley as well. Next to the house grow lemon and orange trees, the guests are allowed to help themselves. The last part of the drive up the mountain is impassable, and low cars have to be careful. In return, it is very quiet and peaceful on the property, in the evening you can hear the animal sounds from the forest and you see many fireflies as well as the lights of the surroundings. The pool is great, clean and big enough, especially if you are an athletic swimmer. The hot water shower right next to the pool is nice. Also noteworthy is the lovely covered terrace with a large table and ample seating. For longer stays there is even an extra room with a washing machine and there are plenty of parasols. We did not use the barbecue, it was dirty. Crockery etc is provided, toaster and filter coffee machine too. The rooms are, apart from the extra little house under the terrace (there is more space), very simply furnished and rather cramped, as are the bathrooms. But the house is relatively cheap. The property is spacious and protected by a locked gate. The disadvantage was that there is only one key for the gate and the house, which can cause problems if the group separates. Overall, we liked it very much, the reception was friendly, although the signora only spoke Italian. However, the landlords were reachable by phone, so help was given immediately once in case of power failure and water failure.

Ruhe und Erholung
Lage am Ende eines ca. 900 Meter langen Feldweges von San Leonardo in Treponzio in die hügelige Landschaft. Nichts für tiefergelegte PKW.
Total abgelegen und ruhig.
Mit einer schönen Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft.
Haus (Häuser) und Pool wie beschrieben.
Küchenutensilien tlw. schmutzig, rostig und grindig. Grillrost draußen ebenfalls grausam.
Terrasse mit großem Tisch (gut 10 Personen) unter CarPort als Sonnenschutz (gute Idee).
Gut bewohnbar für bis zu 6 Personen .... zu Acht würden wir es nicht empfehlen - eventuell noch ein Kind dazu).
Freundlicher Empfang durch eine ältere Dame, welche nur italienisch spricht. Angeblich eine Mitarbeiterin von Villastolove (= örtliche Agentur, über welche die Buchung und Zahlungen abgewickelt wirden).
Gefühlsmäßig dürfte es sich um die Hausbesitzerin selbst gehandelt haben.
Wir sind drei ältere Paare und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gott sei Dank hatten wir einen ausreichend großen Elektrogrill mit, und somit immer ein feines Abendessen. (Den Grill wollten wir aus hygienischen Gründen nicht verwenden.)
Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Urlaub mit greingfügigen Mängeln.
