Monic House is a recently restored house set in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest but Also close to the main amenities of the small nearby village. The place is lovely, very quiet and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and forest where you can have nice walks. The garden is quite big and the private pool is equipped with umbrellas and sunchairs. Outside there is a large porch for dining al fresco and you can use the barbecue That is behind the house. Inside it is modern, equipped with all the facilities you need, very comfortable. The house is divided into 2 attached apartaments exactly alike, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. They are split over 2 floors. At the ground floor you have the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofas and TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom. At the first floor blackberries 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and a bathroom. The access to the house is a partially unpaved road in the woods easy to follow (700meters). Equipped with wifi and AC.
Perfect accomodation to relax and enjoy the tuscan landscape. Very good location to visit some enchanting tuscan town, such as Lucca (7km), Pisa (15km), Florence (60km).
