Charming Villa set at the top of a wonderful hill where you can enjoy a unique view of the valley in a peaceful environment. The house is quite isolated but close to some nice small villages where you can find all the facilities you may need. The enchanting medioval town of Lucca is only 10-15 minutes drive and in the surroundings you can visit the most beautiful ancient Villas of this area.
The house has been recently renovated respecting the traditional Tuscan style combined with modern comforts. The property is tastefully decorated in Moroccan-Tuscan style, making the living space attractive and welcoming. At the ground floor there are two connected sitting rooms, a living room with a three seater sofa and two armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with one long table sitting 12 people, a bathroom and a laundry room. At the first floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one single bedroom, one twin bedroom, another double bedroom and a bathroom; at the second floor a double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, a garden and a private swimming pool equipped with sunbathing.
Around the house wonderful walkings along the hills. Ideal location for cycling and to explore the beautiful cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence. The most well-known beaches of Versilia can be reached in half an hour (Forte dei Marmi). The house is perfect for a private vacation with family and friends, big and comfortable enough to host 3 families with kids.

Vlla Mica is located in a very lovely and charming place, immersed in nature and close to a nice small village called Segromigno in Monte. The surroundings are really peaceful and you can have some nice walkings in the area. In just 15 minutes drive, you can visit one of the most attractive medieval Tuscan cities, Lucca or the famouses Pisa ( 30 minutes) and Florence ( 1 hour).
