Great view, super pool, outdoor area very well equipped.
Nearest shopping facilities approx. 15 min by car
Quiet location, but on weekdays the trucks honk on the road around the lake.

Wonderful stay - relaxation pre-programmed

We stayed in this holiday home for a week in June and felt very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and therefore invites you to cook, although there are also very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The pizzeria in the small village is within walking distance and highly recommended. The pool of the accommodation is a real highlight - clean, super size, enough sunbathing space and a beautiful view of the mountains. The host helped us with everything, for example with restaurant reservations when the owners only spoke Italian ;)
When arriving, make sure to drive via the village of Villa Collemandina to the house - for all non-SUV owners, the journey is otherwise a test of endurance ;)
We would love to come back!

A place for all - from swimming to relaxing

The house is located halfway up the hill, far enough from the main street to be very quiet (if the kids have also gone to bed...). The way up is a bit adventurous, but you get used to it during your stay.

The house itself is about 400 years old with thick walls that keep it comfortable inside even at higher temperatures. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. What I liked the most is the kitchen with its very well-equipped facilities (although the weather was always so good that we could sit outside).

Outside, there are three areas for everyone to enjoy:
- The activity area by the pool (always clean and equipped with four umbrellas and six sunbeds)
- The sun terrace/pergola for those who want to read a book in peace
- (my absolute favorite) the barbecue area in front of the house - the meeting point for everyone to eat, play games, drink... Always a gentle breeze - very comfortable.

The host lives in the other part of the house - a very friendly guy who is completely unobtrusive, but if you need any kind of support, he's there.

Conclusion: A gorgeous place for everyone.
