The large garden where the 12mx6m pool is located and the cottage is rented for the exclusive use of guests
The cottage is suitable for 8 to 11 persons (4 bedrooms - 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons and an additional single bed).
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom
Next to the living or dining room there is a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for outdoor meals. From here you have a panoramic view and view of the pool area
On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

The holiday home is situated 500 metres from the small village of Villa Collemandina in a beautiful hilly area of Tuscany (50 km north of Lucca)
It has been restored with great taste
The location at about 550m above sea level ensures a pleasant climate even in midsummer (the night temperature is rarely above 18 ° C.)
The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday and exploring the region of Garfagnana with its enchanting villages, beautiful landscapes, as well as ideal for walks and hikes (we recommend in the Natural Park Orecchiella) and other outdoor activities
At the same time it is a good starting point to spend Pisa, Lucca or a day at the beach.
The nearest larger town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (9 km away) and has many restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets and a weekly market open on Thursday.
