Casa Villalta is a holiday home in a panoramic location with pool - ideal for a large family or group of friends!
With breathtaking panoramic views at an altitude of approx. 380 m above sea level, this holiday home is located
in the rolling hills between Lucca and Pescia.
Casa Villalta is a detached holiday home on a fenced plot, surrounded by olive groves, individual small vineyards, orchards and meadows in a wonderful south-facing slope with views over the entire valley.
In the surrounding area there are scattered other individual holiday homes and small farmsteads.
The house is divided into three separate flats (4+1 persons each), which can only be rented as a complete unit for a total of 12.
By means of connecting doors, all three flats can be combined into one unit.
However, each of the flats has its own access and private sitting area and is therefore also ideal for three families who want to spend a holiday together, but still do not want to do without an appropriate private sphere.
Below the house - on a panoramic terrace - guests of this house have access to a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Parking spaces for cars are available on the property.

Holiday home - total living area approx. 260 m²
Flat Lapo
This maisonette is 90m² in size. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with dishwasher built into a stone wall. An archway leads through a small corridor to two doors connecting the two other flats "Petty" and "Lusy". From the same corridor a stone staircase leads to two double bedrooms, each with a shower.
Flat Lusy
This ground floor flat also measures approx. 90m². This flat is also accessed through a separate gate (it offers a lot of privacy, although the garden between "Lapo" and "Lucy" is not separated by a fence).
Opposite the entrance is a shady archway with a table and chairs.
In the very large living room there are two single sofa beds.
The kitchenette is partly walled. Through another archway you come to two double bedrooms, each with a shower. The connecting doors to the two other flats can be opened if necessary.
Flat Petty
This flat is a maisonette with two showers, two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and a circular staircase leading to the upper floor.
This flat can be accessed via the garden of the other two flats - as well as separately via its own gate.
The layout of the three flats allow for complete merging both as a unit, or into two large flats with respective extensions from areas of the Petty flat!
