With a breathtaking panorama at an altitude of approx. 380 m above sea level, this holiday home is located
in the rolling hills between Lucca and Pescia.
Villa Piera-Ida is a detached holiday home on a fenced plot, surrounded by
Olive groves, individual small vineyards, orchards and meadows in a wonderful southern slope
with views over the entire valley.
In the surroundings one finds scattered more individual holiday houses and small farms.
The beautiful and newly built holiday house was finished in 2017 and stands
now available for rent to discerning guests.
The spacious villa has three bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom.
In the very modern furnished living area one of the two sofas is a bed sofa and offer more
two guests a sleeping place.
The kitchen is completely comfortable and equipped with all the necessary appliances.
In front of the living-dining area there is a beautiful outdoor seating (pergola) with table and chairs.
On a further terrace level there is a large panorama pool for the guests of the house
with separated children's area. (10x5 m, cm deep children's area 3x3m, m deep)
Sun loungers and parasols as well as a small pavilion are available in this area as well
such as an outside shower and a toilet.
The Villa Piera-Ida is a beautiful place for a relaxing holiday in a dreamlike setting with breathtaking views

The decor is very comfortable and modern.
The floors are made of ceramic with wooden flooring - the ceilings with a traditional view.
