Description
La Dolce Vita sul Lago has its direct access to the living room, where there is a beautiful fireplace and a double sofa bed. On the opposite side of the entrance is the modern and well equipped kitchen. It has a four-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and clearly well equipped with everything you need.
From the table, which seats 6, you have a beautiful view of the woods surrounding the property
A corridor leads us to the sleeping area, where we find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the washing machine has been placed in a recess in the corridor.
The best part of the property is certainly the exterior. The terrace is fenced and has the necessary comforts: table with chairs, barbecue and a relaxation area.
The swimming pool (8x4) overlooking the lake is private and for the exclusive use of guests.

Location and surroundings of object
Two paths also start from La Dolce Vita sul Lago, one leading to Lake Vagli and the other leading to the village of Careggine.
The house is completely surrounded by nature. There are woods around the property, the terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Vagli and in the distance you can see the Apuan Alps.
The house is not in the village and in fact has few neighbors.
To reach grocery stores or restaurants you have to drive about 10 minutes.

Beautiful house
We felt very comfortable
Great view, super pool, outdoor area very well equipped.
Nearest shopping facilities approx. 15 min by car
Quiet location, but on weekdays the trucks honk on the road around the lake.
