Description

This comfortable 200 square meters dream villa was built in High-Ceiling construction (that is, the ceilings are m high), which the generous impression of the interior reinforced. The large pool south direction is electrically heated, of the 100 square meter pool area on the south side has a sun terrace and a covered lanai completely with sceen covered against insects, thereby allows a barbecue (BBQ) at the pool until late at night. The spacious layout of the villa also offers a bigger family marvelous free space and equipment offers best quality of living. For kids we provide toys (Lego, Duplo,dolls) toys for beach and pool, high chair, baby cot, folding stroller, car seat, bottle warmer etc. Additional equipment: The separate work area is equipped with a desk, wireless Internet access, TV with flat screen, phone, printer, scanner, copy machine.

Location and surroundings of object

The location of this comfortable villa is ideal. Within a radius of km you will find all major destinations (beach, supermarket, restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas, etc.) On the one hand you can enjoy your holiday tranquility in a quiet residential area and you can reach the beautiful beach by bike within 8 minutes or you can walk (appr. 1 mile) and on the other hand you can reach restaurants, shopping, cinema etc. within a few minutes. If you want to go by car, it will take 3 minutes. At the beach there is free parking with our annual pass, so you save $ 6, - per day. (This annual ticket is also valid for all other state parks in Florida). On the other hand you have the amenities of a very good infrastructure in the immediate vicinity, because you are very near to restaurants, supermarkets or you can enjoy the nightlife at the well known Mercato Center with more than 23 restaurants, for example, the Blue Martini Cocotail Lounge or the Irish Pub. You will find Dunkin Donuts with super fresh donuts and muffins just two streets away (by bicycle 3 min.). For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish etc., because the surrounding restaurants are also nearby by bike or by car within 3-5 min. distance (depending on the choice of the restaurant).

Super holiday home,

The holiday home is excellently furnished, the pool is very well maintained and large enough for swimming. The location of the house is excellent, you can reach the many shopping facilities on foot or by bike. It is also very nice that you have a parking card to visit the protected natural beach, otherwise there is a charge of 6 USD/day.
The caretaker service is also courteous when needed.
All around it was a very nice holiday that we would like to repeat.

..... Always worth a stay again !

It was again 2 great weeks in your house, which we had rented for the 2nd time. The location to the shops + restaurants as well as the proximity to the beach - thank you for the included beach pass - were a pleasant side effect of the great house.

wonderful holiday in a house where no wishes are left unfulfilled

For the umpteenth time, I have spent holidays with my family in this accommodation. Everything is available in the house, even for small children (2 years old). The swimming pool is wonderful and very well maintained. You can find everything you need for cooking so you don't have to buy everything at the beginning (e.g. salt, pepper, oil, etc.). Even laundry detergent and toilet paper are always in stock. The location of the house is excellent, shopping and going to the beach are possible by bike. Simply everything to my highest satisfaction. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to the hosts.

Wonderful time

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the Villa Royal Palm. The service worked wonderfully, it was already the 3rd rental through Mrs. Biennek. The house itself is very generously built and has everything you need. There were two of us and we enjoyed our time. We especially liked the fact that there was enough crockery and cutlery (and more) and that it was of good quality and matched together. Unfortunately, we have experienced this differently with other providers. The way to the beach is easy to manage with the bicycles. The free beach ticket is a luxury (otherwise parking costs 10 dollars for 4 hours).we say thank you and :we love it

Great house in super beach location

Because we like the Villa Royal Palm so much, we have now spent our holiday there for the third time. We like everything about this house. The Villa Royal Palm is in excellent condition and leaves nothing to be desired. The furnishings are modern and very well maintained. The huge pool invites you to swim and relax. We found everything as described on the internet.

We especially liked the favourable location of the house near the beach, restaurants and supermarkets (also by bike). The old town or the pier of Naples are also within easy reach. We especially like the fact that the landlord provides a pass for free access to Delnor Wiggins State Park, which we have always used extensively.

The contact with the landlord was always uncomplicated. The handling from the booking to the refund of the deposit was exemplary.

We have already been there twice with children and grandchildren. There are also plenty of sand toys and other toys for the children.

We always like to come back and can only recommend this house.

Dream vacation in Florida

After a three-week road trip through the East Coast of the USA, we relaxed for a week in the villa, and it was fantastic. We are a family of five and had plenty of space! Large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with everything you need and more, private pool - delightful. Another plus point: Parking pass for Delnor Wiggins Park, which is very close by, you don't need another beach. Grocery shopping just a mile away. We really enjoyed it and wish we could go again right away - sniff.

Spacious holiday home for a dreamy beach holiday.

The holiday home is located in a residential area in the north of Naples, which means it is a bit further to the "Old Town", but it's just a stone's throw away from Delnor-Wiggins State Park with a great beach. In the house, there is a pass for the park, so you don't have to pay entry or parking fees there. The pool behind the house also offers the opportunity to swim.

The pool and the entire house are well equipped and well-maintained. In the house, there are, for example, bicycles, sun umbrellas, wave boards, folding chairs, etc. for the beach visit. We were also especially pleased that a high chair, crib, and a selection of toys were available, so we didn't have to bring much. Shopping facilities, restaurants, etc. as usual in the USA can be reached by car in a few minutes everywhere. Beach, bank, supermarket, post office, and some takeaways and cafés are also accessible by bicycle. Some sights or major shopping destinations can also be reached by car within 30 to 60 minutes.

We would recommend the house for a relaxing family vacation.
