This villa was renovated and newly equipped in early 2013. For the floor high-quality parquet and tiles were chosen in the bathrooms.
The villa is located in the southwest of Naples in the quiet gated community Calumet Reserve in the well-kept Lely Resort in Naples. From the terrace you can see the public 18-hole golf course 'Mustang'. Next to the complex is another exclusive public golf course 'Flamingo'.
But even non-golfers will find peace and relaxation at the private pool. Additionaly you may also use the community pool and the clubhouse.
Shops and restaurants are also nearby ( 5 min), the beautiful beach at the Naples Pier is reachable in 15 minutes.
In a few minutes you can reach the downtwon of Naples with the 5th Avenue and 3rd Street with exclusive shops, galleries and restaurants.
This villa is located right next to the golf course, so you are here in good hands as a golfer.
The quiet location in green surroundings invites you to relax, but you are also only a few minutes away from the heart of Naples at the 5th Avenue or at the beautiful mile-long beach on the Naples Pier.

Beautiful holiday home on the golf course
The vacation home is located in a beautifully maintained and peaceful gated community and has a nice view of the golf course. The golf course is not crowded, which provides a lot of privacy on the terrace. The neighbors are extremely friendly and quiet. The vacation home is very accommodating and designed with a lot of love. You feel comfortable and at home right away. Both the house and the outdoor area are very clean. Several supermarkets are nearby and easy to reach by car. The beach, the harbor, and 5th Avenue are also not far away. We highly recommend the vacation home for a great vacation in Naples.

Great holiday in a super nice house
We enjoyed our 3-week holiday in the Villa Golf View very much. The house is very nice, quiet and safe, spacious and open, well maintained and also very tastefully and lovingly furnished. The walk-in wardrobes in each bedroom are huge, so you can comfortably fit everything in even for a longer stay. Nothing is missing. Cooking, baking, barbecuing, reading, watching TV, listening to music, bathing, swimming, picnics on the beach, chilling, but also the sometimes necessary things like washing, drying, ironing and cleaning are possible because the house is so super equipped.
If you have any questions, someone is always available to help.
We can highly recommend the house and the landlords (or managers)!

Great, modern furnished house
It is a great, modernly furnished house in a small, nice, quiet complex. The community pool is right across the street. The house is equipped with lots of crockery, modern technical appliances, an almost new gas BBQ and great beach utensils. There is a very good German-speaking service by the Swiss-Homewatchers. We will be happy to come back.

Zur Info an andere Mieter: Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Swimming Pool. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen großen beheizten Gemeinschaftspool direkt gegenüber vom Haus.

AMAZING villa in Florida / Naples
We have been to Naples several times before, but this was the first time we stayed at Villa Golf View for about 2 ½ weeks, and we felt SUPER comfortable from the first day to the last.
The house is very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail.
Everything is new and of high quality.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need or could possibly need.
The bedrooms/bathrooms are all fully equipped, so you could comfortably stay in the house with 3 couples.
The master bedroom and the bedroom on the 1st floor are slightly more generous than the second bedroom on the ground floor, but still completely sufficient. Everything you need is available, including good quality towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chair. The garage with an electric roller door has enough space for two cars and has direct access to the house, which is very convenient.
I would book the house again immediately for another vacation in Florida/Naples.
Once again, many thanks to the property management couple who take care of everything on site and are always available as contact persons....

Zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus Nähe Naples
Wir haben die „Villa Golf View“ im Oktober 2017 für 2 Wochen gemietet. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Siedlung, ca. 10 Autominuten von Old Naples entfernt. Die Zufahrt in diese Siedlung ist über ein elektronisches Tor gesichert, welches sich durch einen Zahlencode oder Handsender öffnen lässt. Die Anwohner sind alle sehr freundlich; hier grüßt jeder jeden. Das geräumige Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet und verfügt über 3 große Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Badezimmern. Die Terrasse mit Pool und Außengrill liegt direkt an einem Golfplatz. Unsere anfänglichen Bedenken, dass dort ggf. reges „Ball abschlagen“ herrschen könnte, haben sich in keinster Weise bestätigt. In den ganzen 2 Wochen haben wir keinen Golfspieler gesehen. Die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten ausgestattet und verfügt über zahlreiches Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, etc. Auf Grund der warmen Temperaturen wurde aber fast jeden Abend der Außengrill genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Publix, Wal-Mart, Marshalls, Ross, CVS) sowie diverse Restaurants (Carrabbas oder Outback Steakhouse) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten). Die schönsten Strände auf Marco Island sowie Vanderbilt Beach sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in ca. 15 – 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse absolut keine Entfernung.
Kurzum: Die „Villa Golf View“ hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
