Location and surroundings of object

Enjoy the great views of the large water bay and the magnificent sunsets from this beautiful holiday home with heated and lighted pool and spa. The property is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Tigertail Beach area and is over 800 square metres in size. It is very well maintained and has several palm trees. Our boat dock is lit in the evening.
We purchased the holiday home in November 2016, renovated it extensively, replaced technical equipment and purchased many new things. You will feel very much at home here.
The holiday home has a living space of 188 square metres and has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It has air conditioning and additional fans in many rooms. The spacious master bedroom has a dressing area and its own large bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool bath. From this bathroom and the master bedroom there is direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has large windows to the terrace area so that there are always direct views of the pool and the bay when preparing meals. Meals can be served quickly and conveniently at the dining table in the kitchen area, at the dining table in the living room or on the terrace. In the living room there is a large seating area, a flat-screen TV and a music system. This music system can be used to play music in the living room, the master bedroom, the kitchen area and the terrace. In the two further bedrooms there is a double bed and two single beds. There is a further bathroom with WC and walk-in shower for these two bedrooms. There are three flat screen televisions throughout the house.
A large screened lanai surrounds the heated pool, spa and barbecue area. There are plenty of spots for sun loungers in the lanai area. Even in a rain shower, you can sit outside at the table, eat or play under the shelter of the large covered terrace. There is a separate bathroom with WC and washbasin at the end of the terrace area. An additional large terrace outside the lanai area offers further seating and sunbathing options right by the water. The boat dock can be illuminated separately in the evening and is a romantic place to sit after sunset.
The turquoise-coloured waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be reached after a short drive through Collier Bay. Manatees and dolphins are frequently encountered on the way. Immediately after reaching the Gulf of Mexico, you will find deserted kilometres of white sandy beaches.
It is possible to walk from the holiday home to Tigertail Beach, which is only 0.6 miles away. There is also a large children's playground. There are also restaurants and bistros within walking distance. A nice large Winn-Dixie supermarket is only 1.0 miles away and is open daily until midnight.

Our holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, in an absolutely quiet location. The 10 km long sandy beach can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Shops and restaurants are approx. 1 mile away.
