Description
The air-conditioned villa was built in 2005 in the northwest of Cape Coral and was newly furnished and equipped by us in 2008. The house offers 205 sqm of living space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (master bathroom with spa) and a spacious living/dining area. The solar heated pool with jacuzzi and the west facing terrace are fully protected from insects by a screen. A large gas barbecue is available in the pool area in style. From the jetty you can enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent freshwater canal and beautiful sunsets. The high-quality furnishings include an LCD TV with Dolby Surround, DVD player and 2 additional TV sets in the bedrooms. The free internet access can be used via W-LAN or via an existing PC. During your stay, you will be looked after by our German-speaking house management.

Catering, restaurants: There are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (5 to 10 minutes' drive). Numerous restaurants serving local and international cuisine can be found along nearby Pine Island Road or on Del Prado Boulevard.
Places to visit: Due to its location, Cape Coral is the ideal starting point for day trips, or even multi-day tours to the numerous theme parks in the Orlando area. Everglades City can be reached in about an hour by rental car, and Miami is about 2.5 hours away. The popular theme parks in the Orlando area can be reached in 3 to 3.5 hours. The Miromar Outlets, with more than 120 shops, are only 20 minutes away.

Pure enthusiasm ☀️
We stayed with our two children for a week
we stayed at Villa Luca for a week last August with our two children and it will certainly not be our last stay. Simply great, no matter whether it was the facilities, the location or the service of the host. We will be back again and again!

Our second stay at this home - and not our last
This is a lovely home with all the amenities and is very clean and welcoming. We love the peaceful and quiet location and the privacy in the pool area where we spend most of our time. The property manager is awesome and always available should you need to reach her. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area so we enjoyed trying out new ones each day. We took a cruise on a boat and also a day spa on this last visit. We plan on coming back to Villa Luka again hopefully for long term stays in our retirement years.

Thank you for the time in this beautiful house. It is very well furnished and lacks nothing. The contact with the owner and also with the property management is very good and always easy to reach. I would love to come back and can only thank you again for the time.

Dream holiday
Villa Luka can be recommended without reservation! From the booking process to the friendly reception, the property managers and the villa itself with its super facilities and of course the great location, everything speaks for itself! There is absolutely nothing to complain about!
Unfortunately, we also had to visit a doctor once, but thanks to the immediate and kind help of the landlord and his property managers, we were helped quickly and competently. Both are available at all times. One can only feel very well looked after!
We would come back at any time and thank you again for everything!

Winter escape
The villa is well equipped and well maintained. It really lacks nothing. Thanks to the solar heating, we were able to use the pool and spa even in cooler weather. Additionally, there are beautiful comfortable sun loungers, a seating area with 6 chairs, and a large gas grill. The path down to the canal is accessed via a few steps. There are also sun loungers and a nice seating area there. This is where you can come into contact with wildlife or admire beautiful sunsets. We were treated very kindly by the German-speaking property managers. Several shopping options and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' drive. Unfortunately, we had to see a doctor once, but were impressed by the competence and friendliness. We sincerely thank the owner. We are confident that many more vacationers will have a perfect holiday at Villa Luka.
