Description
The air-conditioned villa was built in 2005 in the northwest of Cape Coral and was newly furnished and equipped by us in 2008. The house offers 205 sqm of living space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (master bathroom with spa) and a spacious living/dining area. The solar heated pool with jacuzzi and the west facing terrace are fully protected from insects by a screen. A large gas barbecue is available in the pool area in style. From the jetty you can enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent freshwater canal and beautiful sunsets. The high-quality furnishings include an LCD TV with Dolby Surround, DVD player and 2 additional TV sets in the bedrooms. The free internet access can be used via W-LAN or via an existing PC. During your stay, you will be looked after by our German-speaking house management.

Catering, restaurants: There are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (5 to 10 minutes' drive). Numerous restaurants serving local and international cuisine can be found along nearby Pine Island Road or on Del Prado Boulevard.
Places to visit: Due to its location, Cape Coral is the ideal starting point for day trips, or even multi-day tours to the numerous theme parks in the Orlando area. Everglades City can be reached in about an hour by rental car, and Miami is about 2.5 hours away. The popular theme parks in the Orlando area can be reached in 3 to 3.5 hours. The Miromar Outlets, with more than 120 shops, are only 20 minutes away.

Pure enthusiasm ☀️
We stayed with our two children for a week
we stayed at Villa Luca for a week last August with our two children and it will certainly not be our last stay. Simply great, no matter whether it was the facilities, the location or the service of the host. We will be back again and again!

Our second stay at this home - and not our last
This is a lovely home with all the amenities and is very clean and welcoming. We love the peaceful and quiet location and the privacy in the pool area where we spend most of our time. The property manager is awesome and always available should you need to reach her. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area so we enjoyed trying out new ones each day. We took a cruise on a boat and also a day spa on this last visit. We plan on coming back to Villa Luka again hopefully for long term stays in our retirement years.

Danke für die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus.
Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und auch zu der Hausverwaltung ist sehr gut und immer schnell zu erreichen. Ich komme gern wieder und kann mich nur nochmal für die Zeit bedanken.

Dream holiday
Villa Luka can be recommended without reservation! From the booking process to the friendly reception, the property managers and the villa itself with its super facilities and of course the great location, everything speaks for itself! There is absolutely nothing to complain about!
Unfortunately, we also had to visit a doctor once, but thanks to the immediate and kind help of the landlord and his property managers, we were helped quickly and competently. Both are available at all times. One can only feel very well looked after!
We would come back at any time and thank you again for everything!

Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Den Pool und Spa konnten wir dank der Solarheizung auch bei kühlerem Wetter gut nutzen. Des weiteren stehen schöne bequeme Sonnenliegen, eine Sitzgruppe mit 6 Stühlen und ein großer Gasgrill bereit. Der Weg hinunter zum Kanal erfolgt über ein paar Stufen. Dort gibt es ebenfalls Sonnenliegen und eine nette Sitzgruppe. Hier kommt man mit der Tierwelt in Kontakt oder kann herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Vom deutsch sprechenden Verwalterpaar wurden wir besonders nett betreut. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Leider mussten wir einmal einen Arzt aufsuchen, waren aber so positiv von der Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit beeindruckt. Dem Eigentümer sagen wir herzlich Dankeschön.
Wie sind uns sicher, dass noch viele Urlauber in der Villa Luka einen perfekten Urlaub erleben werden.

Urlaub pur
wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Ruhe pur! Auch die vor Ort Betreuung war sehr hilfreich und hat uns herzlich Empfangen. Wir freuen und auf ein nächstes Mal!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
