Description

Villa Infinity is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral on a wide canal with a great view of the water.

High-quality construction and furnishings await you. The living area is about 225 sqm and includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The modern and open design creates a feel-good atmosphere for your vacation. In the spacious living/dining area, you can spend pleasant evenings. From here you have a direct view of the pool area and the water. Start your vacation with a cold drink on one of the pool loungers and refresh yourself on warm summer days in the cool water. The heated saltwater pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. For the protection of the little ones, there is a pool fence. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The TVs in the living room and outdoor area are also equipped with Apple TV.

The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All appliances are of the latest standard and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) is also available.
All bedrooms offer a king size bed. The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, large shower, and double washbasin. All other bedrooms each have their own adjoining bathroom.

Do you often forget travel adapters? We have installed USB sockets in the house for charging your devices. In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.

The first-class location of Villa Infinity is also worth highlighting. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions, and a beautiful playground. Cape Harbour is also located nearby, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, an ice cream café, evening live music, and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and several restaurants are also within walking distance.

With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

For our guests, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, sights, and much more.

A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, reach the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Location and surroundings of object

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
