The outdoor area captivates with the beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi and a magnificent view. Enjoy the sun on the comfortable sun loungers and refresh yourself in the crystal clear water of the pool.
The pictures speak for themselves: You can prepare delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a generous work surface. In addition to a normal coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules).
The light-flooded living room with comfortable sofas and stylish furnishings invites you to linger. For music fans, we have a Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker) in the house. So you can listen to your favourite radio stations or your own playlist everywhere.
The three bedrooms are all equipped with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC, one of which has pool access. The master bathroom also has a bathtub.
Relax on the beautiful terrace with quality garden furniture, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue and enjoy the breathtaking panorama.
The pool can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes.
Besides the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
There are two kayaks available for you to explore the area from the water.
For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created by each house that will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, places of interest and much more.
Boat rental is recommended! A boat licence is not required in Florida. With a boat rented from us you can, for example, sail to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat of your choice directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

- The following cancellation fees will apply:
- from the beginning of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
- from 90 days before beginning of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount
- from 30 days before beginning of the rental period: 100% of the invoice amount with the date of receipt at CoralVilla being applicable.
