Our Villa Maui was built in 2019 in a modern style.
Villa Maui is quietly located in the south-west of Cape Coral, yet shopping facilities for daily needs are only 5 minutes away. The harbour and beach of Cape Coral can be reached in 10 minutes by car
Matlachè can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Trips to Sanibel Island (Shell Beach) can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
Orlando and Miami for family trips can be reached in 2.5 hours. The shopping centres of Florida can be reached in 35 minutes.
Villa Maui has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms (except the 4th guest room) have a flat screen TV in the room. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area
The 4th bedroom can be used as an office, baby room or guest room with sofa bed.
The master bathroom with bathtub, 2 washbasins, walk-in rain shower as well as separate WC and plenty of storage space leaves nothing to be desired.
Furthermore, there is another guest bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet available for our guests
A spacious, bright living room with fireplace and a large living area where all guests can find space as well as an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar stools invite you to spend evenings cooking and sitting together.
For privacy, modern blinds have been installed in the living room, dining room and office.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find:
- Side by side fridge and ice dispenser,
- Microwave and large ceramic hob
- Dishwasher
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Milk frother
- Filter coffee machine
-Keurig coffee machine
- Food processor
- Toaster
- Blender
This is a great place for cooking together.
The large terrace with covered seating area, lounge furniture, sun loungers and parasols and the large over 9 metre long electrically heated pool with south-west orientation is located directly on a wide canal
The spacious pool landscape invites you to splash around and swim.
We have planted new palm trees to ensure privacy while sunbathing.
New sunbeds, lounge furniture and parasols have been replaced or added.
A new outdoor kitchen with refrigerator is now available for our guests. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
The entrance area has been designed with new plants, borders and lights.
In the evening, the great SW location offers you a view of breathtaking sunsets.
Your musical enjoyment can be given free rein through the Sonos boxes in the kitchen, living room and pool area.
We provide our guests with a free high-speed internet connection, including Wi-Fi.
Of course, bed linen, towels, bath towels, TV, beach equipment and baby equipment (high chair, baby cot with changing mat, baby phone), sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge
As a small gift for our guests, we keep free postcards ready for holiday greetings back home.
Our German house management will look after you on site.

Villa Maui is quietly situated directly on a wide canal in a purely residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral.
The nearest shops (Publix and Walmart for daily needs) and numerous restaurants are within easy reach.
The gorgeous beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached after only half an hour's drive
Cape Coral is also called the Venice of Florida. Due to the numerous canals, the houses are quiet
Fort Myers (only a few minutes away) with its intern. It is also called the 'City of Palms' because of its long palm avenue. Here you will find restaurants, shops and beautiful houses. Orlando with its amusement parks is 3 hours away by car, Miami 2.5 hours, the Everglades about 30 miles.
The urban area of Cape Coral has a size of 298.1 km². The city is divided into four large squares: Northwest (NW), Northeast (NE), Southwest (SW) and Southeast (SE).
