Description

The location of this villa is especially exclusive for boaters, just one street block from the river. The beach with the Boat House of Cape Coral is just around the corner; you can also quickly reach Fort Myers via the bridge.

High-quality, polished porcelain stoneware tiles are laid throughout the house, and real wood floors in all bedrooms. The modern design and the quality of the furnishings and decoration are consistent throughout the entire house. The living area is open-plan and you can access the pool deck through the large glass sliding door. A 75-inch TV and Apple TV are available for entertainment. A pool table is also provided for great game nights.
For music fans, we have installed a Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) sound system. This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All appliances are of the latest standard and a Nespresso machine is also available.

All bedrooms offer a king size bed as well as a TV.
The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, large shower, and a double washbasin. It is very spacious. All other bedrooms each have their own adjoining bathroom.

The pool area is generously designed. Here you will find relaxing loungers, a lounge area for unwinding, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a large stainless steel grill for real barbecue enjoyment.
The heated saltwater pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the pool deck or boat deck. Two kayaks are also available, with which you can explore the area from the water.
The west-facing orientation of this villa gives you plenty of sun all day long and the most beautiful sunsets in Florida every evening.

In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

The villa is in a privileged location near Cape Harbour. For boaters, this villa is a MUST, as they can be on the River very quickly and without locks.

There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
Tennis courts are available at the marina with a nice restaurant and a view of the River.
Here you can relax, end the day and enjoy a delicious meal with daily live music.

By boat, you are directly on the river and very quickly on the surrounding islands such as Sanibel and Captiva.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Thank you!!! This place was beyond expectations

Highly recommend. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect getaway. Very modern and upscale place with a beautiful back deck and pool area. Awesome, grand bathrooms for each bedroom and a private dock in the back. In addition to this being sparkling clean and very new feeling, it was such a great added bonus for the boat rental service that they deliver right to your dock and give you a quick boating lesson for first time drivers. We would 1000% stay here again and Cape Coral has way more to offer than we initially thought.

We stayed for a week in mid-Cotober. The villa is beautiful and spacious, just as pictures show. The house is very well-stocked with all the items you might need. We loved the outdoor pool area! I can't recommend this place enough! The pictures don't even do this property justice... It is even nicer in person! The house is extremely stylish, functional, and SUPER clean. The backyard is paradise. Plenty of space for activities and a spacious infinity pool and hot-tub with a spectacular view of the water. We decided to cook all of our meals at the home since the kitchen had top of the line appliances and the outdoor grill was a great bonus. The home comes with everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation. I couldn't be happier with my stay and will definitely be back.

We will definitely stay here again!!

The Saltwater Pool is everything!! We spent 10 days at this beautiful home and a majority of our time was spent on the Lanai and in the pool. The house is lovely and there are such cool features throughout (ie. the headboard and bathroom in the master bedroom, the fireplace in the living area). The kitchen is well-stocked and it was lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine. Although this house has a modern flare, it quickly felt like home to us!

This house is exactly as pictured. It is tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and has superb outdoor space with the patio and pool that open to the main living space! We sometimes dislike Airbnb for the generally uncomfortable beds, but these are all brand new king size beds that are very comfortable. That is a huge win for us! We had a washing machine issue that was addressed right away and they did everything possible to help to fix it. Lovely week away!

Beautiful house, pictures are very accurate. House was spotless and welcoming. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes/cookware/etc. you could possibly need. Hosts were quick and responsive to any questions we had. Great location in Cape Coral's Yacht Club neighborhood. If you are doing any boating this is an excellent location to get out to the gulf quickly. We rented a boat from the property management, which was quite a bit older then pictured, but it served it's purpose, and we enjoyed 3 days out on the gulf. I would definitely book again with CoralVilla if we get back to this area.

Villa Pure Elegance

En helt fantastisk upplevelse att bo i villa pure elegance. All lyx som man kan tänka sig. Läget är fantastiskt. Vi fick besök av Patricia vår husvärd dagen efter vi anlänt som gick snabbt och smidigt igenom huset. Hon var hjälpsam, mkt trevlig och fick oss att känna att vi var varmt välkomna. Hit vill vi komma åter. Bra område att bo i och nära till det mesta. Vi hade bil under vistelsen och det är väl att föredra. Längtar redan åter.
En helt fantastisk vistelse. Patricia vår husvärd kom dagen efter vi anlänt och gick igenom uppvärmning av spa och pool. Hon var oerhört smidig, trevlig och hjälpsam. Allt var så rent och fräscht, vi bodde så lyxigt under vår vecka. Finns inget att klaga på. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus som jag och mitt sällskap gärna åker tillbaka till.

Stunning, Awesome, Beautiful...

We arrived early January and were just the 2nd Guests in this really modern and brand new luxurious villa. We saw it in December when it was just being furnished, and were very impressed so we asked to book our 4 weeks before it was marketed. Result. You can see from the pictures how beautiful the villa is. It really is fabulous. Spectacular kitchen, beds so comfortable, just luxury all over. The pool is a great size and the heater gets it up to temperature in no time. Lovely to see all the boats go by. Renting a boat is easy, and it’s no time to the open water. Tie up at the bottom of the garden overnight. Shopping is close by, and a short drive to fabulous waterside dining in multiple locations. Luckily we don’t leave until February, so I’m going to get back to the Pool. Would we book again? We did already! This is a really great villa, the local team are very responsive, and you can have no worries.
