Description
The cage (insect screen) around the pool and terrace was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Individual panels are missing. We are trying to repair the cage as soon as possible.
This villa has been renovated to a high standard in a modern style and is located in one of the most popular areas of Cape Coral, at the 8 Lakes. The new furniture, bathrooms, new appliances and wood-look flooring throughout the house add to the open floor plan with LED lighting

As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by the warm, friendly décor and step right into the open-plan, bright living room with unparalleled views of the pool as well as the lake. Here you can spend cosy family evenings after a long, exciting day of holidaying, having prepared a delicious dinner in the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen.
Through the large sliding doors you can access the pool deck, where an aesthetic infinity pool and comfortable sun loungers await you. Everything is here for a relaxing day of holidaying. The large pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt technology. The BBQ grill allows you to prepare delicious meals on a balmy summer evening, which you can enjoy at the dining table on the lanai with an unforgettable sunset panorama.
There is plenty of room for up to six people in three bedrooms. The master suite and junior suite both have direct access to the pool. The spacious master area offers a comfortable sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe, a luxurious bathtub, a walk-in shower, two vanities and a separate toilet. The third bedroom also has a full bathroom next door. All bedrooms have king-size beds and televisions. There is even an office for remote work in paradise.
Amenities include high-speed internet, Sonos sound system with Bose speakers, 70-inch TV and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your favourite capsules).
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
By boat you can enjoy quick access to the Gulf through the beautiful Rose Garden area. Also by car you can reach many shopping facilities, restaurants and parks in a few minutes.
Boat rental is recommended!!! No boating license is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is docked right at your home dock to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva, for example! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
