Our modern and bright apartment is located in Norderney right on the Kaiserstrasse. A stone's award on the promenade and the sea, the town is also within a few minutes. Enjoy one of the most beautiful pages in Norderney. The island of Norderney has a length of just 14 kilometers and a width of 2 kilometers. So perfect proportions in order to explore by bicycle. A well-developed network of hiking and biking through 80 kilometers, crossing the island. Others are offered Vogel exploring, nature hikes, salt marsh and mudflat hiking tours and golfing, tennis and horseback riding. Courses in windsurfing, surfing and surf kayaking are also available. There is something for everyone.

Perfect holiday accommodation

We (4 people) spontaneously decided on Thursday evening to go to Norderney for a weekend on Friday and were very lucky to catch a booking gap in Ms. Braun's holiday apartment in the Kaiserhof.

Ms. Braun contacted us immediately after our inquiry and made everything possible so that we could arrive the next day. She was truly very dedicated, helpful, and exceptionally friendly. We arrived with our two children (4 and 9 years old) and felt very comfortable in the apartment. For its size, it is really well equipped, and everything you need for a pleasant stay is available. We lacked nothing. It was very clean. The service on site was also quick and straightforward.

We were particularly excited about the location: Right in front of the apartment, there is a bus stop, making it very convenient to get there from the harbor. Just a few steps out of the apartment and you’re at the beach – perfect with kids, of course! In the other direction, you can also reach the city center in just a few steps.

For us, it was the perfect location for a spontaneous family weekend in Norderney. We felt very comfortable and would book the vacation apartment again at any time. Thank you very much to Ms. Braun for the uncomplicated and warm contact!

Well-equipped apartment with highlights!

The apartment is located directly on the dike and very centrally. Everything can be reached in just a few minutes by bike. Everything is available that would usually need to be brought along. That’s when one gladly leaves things they have bought behind.
It is stylishly decorated in a maritime theme, which fits very well with the location! There is no balcony or terrace, but there is a beach chair on the beach promenade on the other side of the dike. A dream to watch the sunset and the passing ships in the evening! The absolute highlight! It was also great to have contact with the landlord, Mrs. Braun. We were able to leave our luggage upon arrival at 11:00 AM, even though the apartment was only ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM. Super!

Great apartment - Great vacation

The vacation apartment corresponded exactly to the description on the internet. Even though it is not large in terms of square meters, it is so optimally furnished that we never felt cramped. The kitchenette is equipped with all the things you know from home. We lacked nothing. The highlight is the beach chair belonging to the apartment, which is located on the beach promenade. We used it every day, sometimes several times a day. Conclusion: Another vacation on Norderney will always lead us to rent this holiday apartment. Super beautiful vacation apartment

This holiday apartment meets all the requirements one can have for a holiday apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located in the first row to the sea and just a stone's throw away from the center. The special highlight is the own beach chair, which we enjoyed almost every day! Favourite domicile on Norderney

Very nice and practically furnished holiday flat facing south. The flat is on the dyke and behind it is the promenade and the beach. We needed some time out and found everything we needed to feel at home here for a week. The bakery, bicycle rental, Edeka market, shops, good restaurants and the milk bar are all within easy walking distance, even for us seniors. In short, a top domicile on Norderney.

FeWo Strandkorb - the name says it all

A super-beautiful, excellently equipped apartment in the 1st row. Short distances in all directions, especially to the house's own beach chair. Very friendly, reliable contact with Mrs Braun and the flat literally invites you to another holiday.
We would love to come back anytime.
Even though the swimming pool was not available because of Corona, this did not detract from the flat. Modern and cosy at the same time, perfect for 2 people!

Super holiday flat on our favourite island

We spent a wonderful holiday on Norderney and felt completely at home in the holiday flat. It is very well equipped and lovingly and comfortably furnished. The location of the flat is unbeatable. In the morning you can get a breath of sea air and then go and get some bread. You can reach the beach and the city centre in just a few minutes. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset in the beach chair with a glass of wine. We would love to come back.

Cosy flat in top location

We felt very comfortable in this small but fine flat! Nothing is missing. Even a blanket for the beach chair was thought of
The location is ideal! Just a few steps over the dyke and you are already at the promenade. The beach chair, which belongs to the flat, is also located here

I would book again and again!

- The flat is neatly and lovingly furnished
- Household goods and equipment that one has in a good household were available (from hairdryer to ironing board/iron, and even cleaning products and dishwasher tabs. There is no electric cooker - but the microwave has many functions -incl. grill etc.). )
- optimal room layout
- very good and central location
- The landlady is very neatly structured - neat "rental contract", fair price, super organisation of the key handover (key sent in advance / and even a return envelope which was franked to return the key)
- Since the flat is on the ground floor, it is also suitable for senior citizens and people with limited mobility (although the house also has a lift)
- The swimming pool and sauna were also very clean and tidy (only the description of the sauna conditions may be a little difficult to understand for sauna beginners)

Die nette Mieterin, für deren Bewertung ich mich bedanke, hat erwähnt, dass ich keinen Elektroherd habe. Das möchte ich korrigieren: In meiner Fewo ist ein Herd mit einem Cerankochfeld vorhanden, allerdings ohne Backofen. Dafür ist eine moderne Mikrowelle mit vielen Funktionen, auch mit Backofenfunktion enthalten.

Wonderful apartment on Norderney

Great apartment. Rarely have I felt so comfortable in a vacation rental right from the start. Lovingly furnished, everything you need is there, including an egg piercer (which delighted me as a breakfast egg lover). Highly recommended. I have only rated the service here with 5% because it is a vacation rental, so without hotel service.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Direkt hinter dem Deich gelegen. 1 Minute Fußweg zum Strand und zum Strandkorb, der direkt vor der Tür steht.

free time activities: Norderney bietet reichlich Unterhaltung für schönes und für weniger schönes Wetter (toll: Badehaus). Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und wer die wilde Natur liebt, mietet sich ein Fahrrad und fährt zum anderen Ende der Insel.

shopping facilities: Alles gleich um die Ecke.
