The holiday flat Möwennest by DeJu is a cosy and light-flooded 2-room flat on Wilhelmstr. The street is characterised by a quiet, yet very central location. The spa square with the adjacent bathhouse as well as the west beach are both approx. only 200 m away.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (1,80x2,00m) and a spacious wardrobe
The living room with integrated kitchenette offers another sleeping possibility for two persons on the pull-out sofa bed (lying surface 1.40x2.00m)
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils such as a kettle, microwave with grill function, electric hand blender, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.. From the adjacent dining area you have a beautiful view over the roofs of Norderney
In the living area, you can end the day relaxing on the cosy sofa. It offers internet radio, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV that can be adjusted to different positions
There is also a modern shower room
The non-smoking flat is approx. 40 sqm in size and is located on the top floor (no lift).
It is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults and one child or 2 adults and 2 children
A travel cot incl. bed linen, a booster seat, children's tableware and various games, books and painting utensils are available for our younger guests
There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the house. This can be used by all holiday guests and is operated by coins
We like pets. However, out of consideration for our allergy sufferers, we cannot allow accommodation. We ask for your understanding.

Location and surroundings of object
Wilhelmstraße is characterised by a quiet, yet very central location. Both the spa square with the adjacent bathhouse and the western beach are each only about 200 m away.
Beaches:
North beach: numerous events take place here in summer (White Sands Festival, Holi Beach Festival or Summertime). You can also find something suitable for sports (mini golf, beach volleyball, chess, bungee trampoline). If you want to eat or drink something delicious, you can visit the Surfcafe, Riffkieker or Cornelius.
Westbadestrand: The perfect beach for families with children. A large pirate playground makes children's hearts beat faster.
Nudist beach/ Oasis: approx. 7km east of the town centre you will find the Oasis, a mixed nudist beach
White dune: approx. 5km from the town centre. Beautiful beach section with a children's playground. The "Weisse Düne" restaurant caters for the physical well-being.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by providing a written declaration to the landlord/rental service. Cancellation fees will be charged according to legal regulations. According to the generally accepted legal opinion of today, the compensation for vacation apartments/houses overnight stay is 100% of the contractually agreed price. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance! It protects the tenant in the event of a travel cancellation due to death, serious accident, or sudden illness of the tenant or their immediate family members from the costs of the cancellation. If the booked period is re-rented entirely under the corresponding conditions, only a flat fee for administrative expenses amounting to €40.00 will be charged. If the booked period is rented only proportionally or on worse terms, the difference between the original rental fee and the proportional rental fee must be paid, in addition to the aforementioned administrative expenses.

How to get there:
If you have travelled by car, please note that there are seasonal restrictions on motor vehicle traffic on Norderney. Extensive traffic regulations must be observed. On the ferry, you will receive an "Exception Permit", which allows you to enter restricted areas of the island within one hour of the ferry's arrival in order to unload your luggage. The vehicle must then be parked in a public car park. There are only very few and more distant free parking spaces (Ostbad/ mixed nudist beach/ Am Ostheller). All other parking spaces are chargeable.
The ferry's timetable depends on the tides and sometimes also on the weather. However, the ferry schedule can always be viewed on the corresponding website. Changes are also communicated here.
Special ferries are also operated at peak times, which can also be viewed on the above-mentioned website. A reservation is required for the crossing by car. Should you ever make a crossing as a pedestrian, you are not bound to any time.
