The holiday flat is located in the residential complex Lüttje Legde 11 on the 5th floor (lift) with a beautiful view over the dyke, surfing harbour and marina.
It offers 57 square metres of space for up to 4 people.
The shower room with washbasin and WC and the separate children's room, which is furnished with a bunk bed, pull-out sofa bed and wardrobe, open off the hallway with cloakroom.
The flat is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony while looking out over the Wadden Sea and the gardens or spend a relaxing evening on the large terrace.
It has a beach chair, sun lounger and deckchairs and, in good weather, sun all day long. There is also a south-facing balcony with table and chairs.
The proximity of the Wadden Sea, surfers' bay and marina on one side and the pine forest, dunes, sea and sandy beach on the other make the flat's location particularly attractive.
For your entertainment there is a TV and a DVD/CD player in the cosy living room with upholstered seating area.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available.
You can use the coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.

Norderney is a charming North German island with beautiful beaches and nature.
The proximity of the Wadden Sea, surfing bay and marina on one side and the pine forest, dunes, sea and sandy beach on the other make the location of the flat particularly attractive.
There is a bus stop right next to the apartment complex.
The private car park belonging to the flat is located on the border of zones II and III.
You can drive to the riding stables, Weiße Düne, golf course, lighthouse and oasis or to the harbour and supermarket for shopping.

Cancellation terms:
- Teilt der Mieter dem Vermieter mit, dass er vom Vertrag Abstand nehmen will, so sind 10 % des Gesamtmietpreises zu zahlen, wenn die Mitteilung mindestens vier Monate, 30 % wenn sie mindestens zwei Monate, 50 % wenn sie mindestens vier Wochen vor Mietbeginn eingeht. Bei späterem Eingang sind 70 % des Mietpreises zu zahlen. Im Falle des Rücktritts des Vermieters wegen Zahlungsverzugs des Mieters, gilt diese Regelung entspre-chend. Sollte der Mieter die Ferienwohnung verspätet oder gar nicht übernehmen, sowie bei vorzeitigem Mietabbruch, bleibt der gesamte Mietpreis geschuldet.

I used the holiday flat with my husband and daughter for many years. We always spent relaxing holidays there on the beach, on the surfboard, in the riding stables and on the golf course. We were always fascinated by the sweeping views from the balcony and terrace. The city centre with its gastronomic offerings and cultural events also made our stay attractive. I have also been renting out the flat to holiday guests in the high season for several years now.
