The Stubai offers mountain hikers wonderful tours and magical waterfalls in the side valleys and at altitude. The actual Stubai Valley has become a bit too concreted over for us - however, the flat rated here is in an ideal position and still very quiet. You can also leave the car at the house for the whole holiday and reach everything easily from the nearby hiking bus stop - the included Stubai Super Card makes it possible for free. In this brand new accommodation, almost everything is just right in terms of facilities, location and cleanliness - as we ourselves are holiday flat landlords (-> RügenResidenz .de), we dare to give a professional assessment of an accommodation and give it 5 rating stars! The only small shortcoming (a washbasin is missing in the separate toilet room) is more than compensated for by the many other good features of the holiday flat and the warm friendliness of the hosts. We wish our Stubai hosts only positive experiences and that the flat remains as beautiful and clean as it is now!

First the positive: The location of the apartment is good and quiet, and the apartment is well-suited for a group of six people. The points that led to the poor rating: - the cleanliness upon arrival was rather in need of improvement - the furniture on the terrace and balcony was dirty - the lawn was not mowed - the televisions, both in the living room. The lights in the living room as well as in the bedroom did not work and were not repaired despite multiple complaints - old flower boxes were lying around on the terrace - we were 5 people - it was impossible to find flawless dishes for 5 people - everything was just patchwork - plates with chips, the same with glass bowls posing a risk of injury - no towels in the toilets, as well as no mats for the showers - I find it absurd that visitors in the apartment are informed that one roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet and then have to take care of the toilet paper themselves. With all the listed deficiencies, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate. We will not book here again -
