We offer you a beautiful large vacation home (160m²) - centrally located in Neustift- MILDERS, in a family atmosphere for self-catering. Whether for hiking or skiing, our house is an ideal starting point for any activities in the entire valley. Here you can spend beautiful, undisturbed vacations with your family and friends. You have the whole house to yourselves. Our vacation house Stubai offers you space on 2 floors: (maximum 12 people in 6 bedrooms). A large kitchen, fully equipped and a cozy lounge for TV or game nights, are at your disposal.
In summer (end of May - middle of October) the Stubai Super Card is included during your stay. This gives you free admission to the cable cars in the entire valley and many other benefits.
Equipment
The rooms are furnished in a functional and neat way
4 double rooms and 1 single room (with additional couch) each with shower/WC, 1 additional small double room only with a washbasin, offers altogether place for up to 12 persons.
On the ground floor is our beautiful new kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of dishes and everything you need for cooking, fridge / freezer combination, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle.
Next to the kitchen is for our guests still a large, cozy parlor with smart TV. There you can gather for social evenings or retreat for a reading hour.
Our house has a large balcony on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor in one room a small one.
In the basement there is a boot dryer for 10 pairs, so you will have dry and warm ski or hiking boots in the morning.
Outside there is a garden with tables and chairs. The parking lot has space for 4 cars.

Location and surroundings of object
Our vacation house is located in the district of Milders. From the house the ski bus stop can be easily reached on foot (70m). A Spar supermarket with ATM is also just a few minutes walk away (about 400m). The village center of Neustift is connected to Milders by its own illuminated walkway, along the stream (approx. 2km). For cross-country skiing fans, the cross-country ski trail passes, a few meters from the house. A ski rental is also within walking distance (350m)
