Beautiful ground floor flat in a quiet location with private garden. 2 separate bedrooms (solid wood oak furniture) each with 1 double bed + , both rooms with flat screen TV.
1 separate kitchen-cum-living-room with dishwasher, 4-plate Ceran hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fully equipped. Shower/WC with 2 washbasins, anteroom with (ski) boot rack, sunbathing lawn only for this flat, 2 guest parking spaces, ski or bike room (lockable).
In summer: garden seating, sunbeds free of charge. Ideal starting point for numerous hikes. STUBAI SUPER CARD ! Mid May - Mid October
In winter: surrounded by 4 ski areas: Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serles and Elfer lifts.

Our house is quietly located in the first district of Neustift in the Stubaital. SPAR grocery shop, ATM + restaurant only 400 m away. Other grocery shops such as M-Preis or Billa 2.5 km away. Banks, post office, doctor, in the village centre, 2.5 km from our house.
Bus stop 200 or 500 from the house.
Leisure centre with indoor swimming pool (slide), sauna, solarium, bowling alleys also 2.5 km away.
NEU STUBAY - swimming and wellness paradise with slides, tennis in Telfes: approx. 4 km
Next bigger town: Innsbruck: 20 km Neustift in the Stubaital is situated at 1000 m above sea level and is famous for its glacier, which provides winter sports enthusiasts with perfectly groomed slopes from the beginning of October to the end of May. Furthermore, 4 8km long toboggan runs, 2 ice skating rinks and 40 kilometres of cross-country ski trails are available for our guests to choose from. In summer, Neustift is characterised by its numerous hiking possibilities. Over 40 huts and alpine pastures invite you to take a break. Further activities in summer: paragliding, e-bike, guided mountain tours, bathing lake in Kampl (only 0.5 km from the house), children's club with great programmes, children's playground, NATURE PLAYPLACE Klaus Äuele/nature lake, kiosk; summer toboggan run Mieders, Adventur climbing park (3 km from the house), excursions: Innsbruck Alpine Zoo, Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Schwaz silver mine, ...
