Apartment Stubai offers space for up to 4 people and is equipped with an eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. In addition, a private garden with terrace and a ski room with boot dryer are at your disposal.
In the kitchen-cum-living room you will find a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. The comfortable sitting area invites you to eat, play and watch TV together. Enjoy your sleep in our 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with box spring beds. A modern bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment.

Location and surroundings of object
Our 2017 built, modern furnished apartment (55 m²), is located in the district Milders. From the apartment the ski bus stop can be easily reached on foot (70m). A Spar supermarket with ATM is also just a few minutes walk away (approx. 400m). The village centre of Neustift is connected to Milders by its own footpath, along the stream (approx. 2km). For cross-country skiing fans, the cross-country ski trail passes a few meters from the house. A ski rental is also within walking distance ()

A great holiday
We spent a few wonderful days on holiday in the Apartment Stubai. The flat was great, nothing was missing. The flat is very centrally located, i.e. it was a 2min walk to the bus and 5min to the nearest supermarket. The view from the dining/living area to the Elfer was very nice. Helga and Steffen are incredibly hospitable and you feel immediately welcome!
We would love to come back again.

New, modern, recommendable
The Stubai offers mountain hikers wonderful tours and magical waterfalls in the side valleys and at altitude. The actual Stubai Valley has become a bit too concreted over for us - however, the flat rated here is in an ideal position and still very quiet. You can also leave the car at the house for the whole holiday and reach everything easily from the nearby hiking bus stop - the included Stubai Super Card makes it possible for free. In this brand new accommodation, almost everything is just right in terms of facilities, location and cleanliness - as we ourselves are holiday flat landlords (-> RügenResidenz .de), we dare to give a professional assessment of an accommodation and give it 5 rating stars! The only small shortcoming (a washbasin is missing in the separate toilet room) is more than compensated for by the many other good features of the holiday flat and the warm friendliness of the hosts. We wish our Stubai hosts only positive experiences and that the flat remains as beautiful and clean as it is now!
