Quiet location and nice furnishings, but expected more for the price.

The holiday home is overall nicely furnished, and one can tell that value was placed on coziness in the interior design. The well-equipped kitchen is particularly noteworthy, where one can find everything important for cooking. We would have wished for a range hood.

The outdoor area seems a bit aged and could use a refresh in some places. In particular, the garden house and the pool area give a somewhat older impression. Otherwise, the heated pool was nice and was well used, but the water was noticeably colder than expected (21 degrees). However, there was no functioning lighting in either the pool or garden area, making use in the evening hours impossible.

Unfortunately, there was a need for improvement in cleanliness: especially the glasses in the cupboard were partially quite dirty and seemed as if they had not been properly cleaned after use. That was the biggest downside for us.

Since the house is situated in the middle of meadows and fields, it is wonderfully quiet and ideal for relaxing. However, the bedroom window on the 1st floor and the side doors lacked insect protection, allowing many flies, mosquitoes, beetles, and spiders to enter the house.

Given the booked price category, we would have expected a somewhat higher overall impression. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with many nice aspects, but we still see a need for improvement in cleanliness and insect protection.

Good location

The apartment is located very close to the beach, short distances to the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy, but the furniture in the living room was very old. The described sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping. Definitely too small for 3 people. The bathroom was okay but also very small. The so-called kitchen was also much too small. My granddaughter could not open the door to the living room or could only open it with great difficulty; it is completely warped and needs to be replaced. The door handles made all the noises. It needs a bit of renovation. The view from the balcony was very nice and one could enjoy a piece of the Baltic Sea.
