Mega satisfaction!
Super friendly landlords who always try to take care of their guests' well-being. In addition, the family is very warm. We immediately felt welcome. Everything you need is within walking distance. The flat is very cosy, invitingly furnished and has everything you need. We will definitely come back again this year!

Hello,
we were only there for a weekend, but we liked it very much .
Very tidy and clean and enough space in any case.
The location is also great , no 5 min to the nearest shopping facilities and the spa is also not far away, as well as the beach.
The family was very nice.

Es gibt bessere Wohnbleiben.
-Zu teuer für die einfache/alte und lieblose Einrichtung.
-Wer mehr Wert auf Gemütlichkeit legt, ist da verkehrt.
-Seife und Toilettenpapier musste ich erstmal kaufen.
-Das Bett für zwei etwas zu klein, bzw. nicht für große Menschen gedacht.
-Matratze zu hart (für meine Verhältnisse)
-Mit Hund sehr unpraktisch wegen der dursichtigen Wendeltreppe. Hund muss getragen werden, Verletzungsgefahr an Krallen.
-Vermieterin wohnt direkt im Haus untendrunder.
-Wenn es dunkel ist, ist hinter dem Haus kein Licht, Lampe geht erst an, wenn man schon oben ist.
Wenn man länger da ist, als eine Woche kommt die Vermieterin hoch und macht alles sauber. Nicht für empfindliche Nasen was den Putzgeruch betrifft.
-Wer warm mag, soll sich warm anziehen, wenn es Herbst oder Winter ist. Die Heizung hat eine Nachtabsenkung zwischen 23 und 8 uhr früh. (Wirklich sehr angenehm...brrrrr....wenn man morgens ins kalte Bad reinkommt)
Sind einfach Kleinigkeiten, die da fehlen.
-Entfernung zum Strand 4,5 km

schade, dass es Ihnen bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Auch schade ist, dass Sie weder die Außenlichtschalter, noch den Scharbeutzer Strand gefunden haben. Der Strand ist nur 1,4km entfernt. Wenn Sie sich 4,5km von den Ferienwohnung entfernen, dann sind Sie garnicht mehr in Scharbeutz. Ich nehme an Sie sind nach Timmendorf gefahren. Was Einrichtung, Bett und Treppe angeht, ist alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Toilettenpapier und Seife stand am Anfang ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Da Sie länger als einer Woche bei uns waren ist es doch ganz klar, dass Sie irgendwann etwas nachkaufen mussten. Alles Gute!

Sommerurlaub
Wir haben 12 Tage unsere Urlaub in der Wohnung von Frau Dijonovic verbracht,wir waren sehr zufrieden es war alles sauber ordnungsgemäß und sehr harmonisch eingerichtet.Familie Dijonovic hat sich sehr bemüht damit wir zufrieden sind.Das Haus hat ein gute Lage mitten im Natur,zur Fuß kann man das meer in 15 Minuten erreichen was uns sehr gefallen hat .Ostsee ist fabelhaft sauber und Strand ist super,das Sand ist wie ein Teppich.Die Geschäfte sind nicht weit entfernt man kann zur Fuß erreichen.

Werde immer wieder bereit sein mein Urlaub in ihrem Ferienhaus zu verbringen
