Arrive, unpack, and the feel-good factor is there! ? We were also at the Ijsselmeer for the first time, and the choice was spot on! It was a hit! Modernly furnished, everything you need (and more), and the coffee machine was an additional highlight! Short distances to the Ijsselmeer and to Lemmer, nice quiet bungalow park! Not to forget, a parking space right by the house, as well as a lockable room for our e-bikes! So if you plan to book directly to the Ijsselmeer!!! H + R from the Rhineland!

The house is very well equipped with everything you need. All everyday necessities are available and also work. (We have experienced differently before).
Anyone looking to relax from everyday life will find themselves very well here. We can highly recommend the house.
Mr. Coppes is a very pleasant person and always approachable.

Contrary to what the name might suggest, the IJsselmeer is a lake - the largest in the Netherlands. Until 1932, this area was known as the Zuiderzee, a bay of the North Sea. However, the construction of the 29-kilometer-long and 90-meter-wide dike laid the foundation for the IJsselmeer. It separates the freshwater lake from the Wadden Sea. An inner dike, built in 1976 from Enkhuizen to Lelystad, has since divided the lake into the Markermeer in the southwest and the IJsselmeer in the northeast. The Dutch provinces of Flevoland, North Holland, and Friesland border the former Zuiderzee. Along their coasts lie many quaint towns and villages, where numerous holiday apartments or houses are available.
